  • Loved everything about it!

"This was the perfect set up for our family vacation. We stayed in the Mango Suite and couldn't have been any more pleased. The kitchen set up had everything we needed and we were able save money by having breakfast and lunch/snacks on hand (teenagers!). The availability of the beach chairs and floaties was the icing on the cake so far as convenience goes. If we were at the beach and suddenly realized we forgot something it was just a quick dash back to the house to grab it. We were able to lounge around in the morning and eat breakfast outside in the covered patio (usually while challenging one another to a game of tiki toss). Spent our days traveling around and being tourist, spend our afternoons at the beach, head back to the Mango Suite to change before walking to dinner, then back to the beach for a sunset stroll home to read, play cards etc. The location is top notch, the suite itself has everything you could ask for and the beaches and clear waters of pass-a-grille are just magical."

  • Our Favorite Place

"This is our third year at the Waterfront Charmer with our grandson who loves to fish from the Merry Pier right in front of the cottage. We love the location and charm of the cottage! Last year we went on the Miss Pass a Grill for deep sea fishing and this year we went on the Offshore Hustler. On both occasions we took our catch to our favorite restaurant Sea Critters where they prepared our fish for us. Pat is so gracious and accommodating and sees to your every need. Thanks again for a lovely visit!"

  • Perfection in Pass A Grille!

"We have stayed in this great condo every year for the past three years and hope to continue to do so for the foreseeable future! You can't beat the location: directly across the street from the beach; far enough from the hustle and bustle to keeps things quiet, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. You can't beat the condo: open layout with unobstructed views of the gulf and nice furnishings; beach bikes, beach chairs, beach towels are all provided. You can't beat the owners: friendly, eager to please and with lots of local area knowledge. This is the perfect spot from which to enjoy your stay in Pass a Grille!"

  • Excellent value, well-equipped condo

"This condo is small but perfect for two people. There is a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and my sister and I also had a blow-up single bed because we wanted separate beds. Lots of drawers to store away clothes; a small but well-equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The beach is right across the street, and there is a wonderful balcony to watch the sunsets with the other residents, cocktails in hand. We love Pass-a-Grille, the quiet, historic, artistic feel; the old Florida cottages and Spanish architecture. There's no place I'd rather be to escape winter, and this owner is lovely to deal with. Don't miss Shiner's butcher, amazing food that they will cook for you to take home."
