  • Perfect

"Me and my family stayed 4th of July week. It was amazing. Not only was the condo clean, beautiful and spacious it was perfect location. It was right in the middle of everything so you didn't need to drive anywhere unless you just wanted to.It was in very quiet complex. Its hard to sum up all the goods this place has but it's easy to say I had no complaints. If you book July 4 just know you will be in for a show with fireworks all around you!"

  • Nice place for a long weekend. Perfect size for two, quiet in the morning, close enough to everything

"My wife and I often look at VRBO along with the traditional hotel sites and often am surprised on what we find. In the case I am again surprised. The unit is perfect size for two people, very clean and very surprised how many times I saw people watering, planting, sweeping, and cleaning the resort. The owner was very easy to deal with and we were able to complete the transaction very quickly. We loved the surrounding restaurants and shops and you cant beat the beautiful view out on the patio every morning and especially at sunset. Honestly I cant wait to go back and will continue to look at VRBO for options like this."

  • Great beach house, location and value!

"My family stayed at the Wyatt house for 3 days in July 2016 and had amazing time. The house is spacious, well decorated, clean and bright. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach and only a mile or so from St Johns Pass. There were so many things to love about the house. Fully furnished and fully stocked with all the basic essentials. Really, you just need to bring yourself. Kitchen and pantry essentials were provided as well as toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart... sunscreen... you name it! Plus, the outdoor patio was awesome, full privacy fence and an outdoor shower. My kids loved the outdoor shower, it was a quick way to wash all the sand away. They really have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Excellent and prompt communication from Richard as well. I'm sure we will be back in the future! Nicole"

  • Everything we dreamed of and more!

"This was the best family vacation ever! So much of that had to do with the cottage, the amenities provided by the cottage community, the location, and the super friendly neighbors we had. Upon arrival, Angela allowed us to check-in a bit early because we needed to use the restroom - thank you! The cottage was clean, bright, welcoming, and absolutely perfect; there was even a little note on the chalkboard welcoming us! The bathroom was stocked with beach towels, bath towels, hand soap, and TP; and the kitchen had dish towels, dish soap, and paper towels. There was even a cooler for us to use in the cabinet! A couple bonuses were that this cottage is attached to a covered area with tables and chairs, so it felt like it was our extended living space AND the entire area is enclosed with a fence, so we were able to let our boys roam around to look for lizards without worrying about them wandering away. The beach was just a short walk from the cottage, which was perfect because our kids needed us to go back and forth to get noodles, floats, beach toys... Speaking of, the laundry room had a variety of items for us to use - umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, kiddie floats and beach toys, not to mention FREE laundry machines (remember to bring a couple detergent pods). The chairs prob need to be replaced, but we didn't end up using them anyway because it was too nice to be out of the water. And about the water... Even during the "roughest" tides, it was soothing and relaxing to bob in the water with a noodle or float. At most times, however, the water was super calm and you could see the fish swimming in schools; a manatee even swam by just 3 feet from us! In the mornings, we watched dolphins playing close to shore and the ocean birds swooping in to catch fish. On days we were seeking a change of scenery, we visited Siesta Key, Turtle Beach, and Venice Beach - all within a 1.5 hour drive. Siesta Key had powdery white sand with clear warm lapping water, and Turtle and Venice Beaches had darker heavier sand with water that was a little cooler and SUPER clear. Shelling-wise, Turtle and Venice Beaches were the best, yielding the prettiest conical and scallop shells. And if you are beached out and have little kids, there's the Glazer Children's Museum in Tampa that is really affordable (50% off if you have a membership to a partner museum). And oh! There's a place on 107th St that sells Chicago hot dogs - yum! We hope you enjoy! :)"
