  • Clean and very roomy!!

"The property was pretty close to everything, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The owner was awesome and worked with us through a couple of things without hesitation. We had 11 people and was far from being crowded!! I will be going back to this house when we go back to Clearwater!! Thanks for everything!!"

  • A Wonderful Retreat

"We had a perfect vacation in a very appealing, immaculate, home. We were so excited to experience the convenience and comfort of Sheri's home, but were even more pleased as we enjoyed the special touches her artistic talent provided with a tropical ocean theme (furnishings, original art, and beauty inside as well as out. We found the beds great, the kitchen generously supplied with crock pot, pans and dishware, and enoyed the view from the large lanai. The laundry room is huge and the appliances throughout work very well. We had some rainy days and appreciated the wi-fi and great tv's. We loved the convenience of the location; the men enjoyed a charter fishing trip through GulfStar here in Tarpon and recommend it as a wonderful way to enjoy the gulf and catch fish (also they supply 3 great meals if you take the 12 hour trip.) Good eating at Rodie's on alt.19 and Catches....also at Lucky Dill (wonderful mahi wrap and reuben's)! Staying here has truly been R and R for us and we will definitely return. The pool was clean and big; there is a karaoke party tonite and a big breakfast this morning in the clubhouse. We found driving to Universal was not a big deal (about 1 1/2 hrs.). We loved downtown Dunedin shops and the Sponge docks. Altogether a great experience with a beautiful place and a very gifted, accommodating landlady:)!"

  • The best summer!

"I would absolutely recommend this home and would love to come back again sometime. The owner is nice and always reachable by phone. Donna and Jim manage the property and were really friendly as well. The house is very cute with a nice screened in area to sit outside in the breeze. The bars and restaurants in Gulfport are within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed going to O'Maddy's, the karaoke bar, or walking to the pier and seeing everyone. The beach is a short drive, or about a half hour bike ride if you want to get good and sweaty before swimming. Downtown St. Pete is also a close drive. I recommend checking out the Salvador Dali museum and doing the guided tour!"

  • Perfect relaxing vacatition!

"We rented villas 1 & 2 for our family of five adults, which was perfect for us! This is a small complex and we personally felt like we had it all to ourselves! The units are very clean and everything appears to be new. The pullout couch in villa 2 in an air mattress which blows up nicely and is just as comfortable as a bed. I would suggest this mattress in every pullout couch! There is a nice walkout covered patio from both units where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast in our pjs! We would then enjoy a long mid-morning walk on the beach to return for the afternoon in the heated pool. There is a solar cover on a reel for the pool which we used every day to keep the pool warm during the cool nights. It is very simple to use! My father has limited mobility and the parking was just a few steps from our door. We did suggest a grab rail in the shower for the lower unit which the owner was very receptive to. The cleaning person sent me the code for check in right on time and messaged me about 30 min after our flight arrival to see if everything was okay in the unit. The owner also checked in to see if all was okay. When I mentioned a couple minor things that didn't need immediately addressed (just a little static on the tv in villa 2 that we weren't using anyway) she had maintenance on site within 30 minutes! Wow! Quite impressive! For the week we were there, we rarely saw anyone else aero undo the pool and we were the only ones in the pool! The sunsets are beautiful and the beaches in this area are never packed! Indian Shores is one of my favorite places to stay in this area and in the 15 years I've been coming to the area, I've always felt very safe. If you are traveling with older people with difficulty walking villa 1/2 would be perfect as there are no steps into the unit or out to the covered patio a only two steps to pool. There are stairwells for villa 3/4/5. Closet space in Villa 1 is limited so a few hooks on the wall may be a nice addition for jackets during the cooler winter months. These is a farmers market on Sunday's directly across the street and we found delicious strawberries, tomatoes, and a melon! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Liz for everything! You were absolutely great to work with and checking in with us showed how much you care that your guests are well taken care of! If you are looking for shops and or jet ski/boat rental or tours be sure to visit John's Pass just a few miles away!"
