  • Family vacation with my parents, siblings, and spouses

"We have been coming to Indian Rocks for about 13 years and have stayed in this exact condo every year, we usually come at least twice a year!! It is well equipped with everything you could need for a week away except groceries! Everything is close such as restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, ice etc. We just returned and want to thank you for all of the memories we make year after year here!! We will continue to vacation here as it is not commercialized, the beach is very private, the condo is always clean, the views of the Gulf cannot be beat, the sunsets are amazing, and the person who takes care of reservations is easy to work with and makes sure everything is perfect when we arrive!! We have vacationed for Spring Break, in September and October, May, and for our anniversary!! I would recommend this condo over and over again!!"

  • Wonderful Vacation

"After caring for aging parents, we needed a relaxing vacation. Jan and Bill's condo was just the ticket. Every piece of furniture was comfortable and the condo was very clean. We had just barely unpacked when we decided to book the condo for 2017. It was very quiet and we could walk to various restaurants and shops. Pass-A-Grille beach is just steps away and was just as wonderful and relaxing as we have experienced in the past. We really enjoyed meeting Jan and Bill. They made sure that our needs were met and we look forward to our visit next October."

  • Excellent location, and so so comfortable

"What a fantastic find for us. We have rented each year on the Gulf Coast for some time now, but Brian's condo has to be the most comfortable yet. Huge balcony giving beautiful views over the Gulf. Dolphins nearly every day showing off. Back to the condo though. We only used the master bedroom as there was just the two of us, but the layout of the condo was such that another couple could have used the other room and bath with perfect privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot or pan that you could need. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle. You name it, all there. The living room area was very roomy with a dining table and six chairs. The recliners were so comfortable. And back to the balcony, a table with four chairs and a dual rocker and table at opposite ends and still so much space. We had Hurricane Hermine blow through while we were there, but there is a premium TV package available in all rooms with quality TV sets which helped pass the time till the storm blew over. We kept in contact with Brian throughout this time just to re-assure him things were ok and he booked us gift certificates for six { we had friends staying up at Indain Rocks) at a Mexican restaurant we like. There was no need for him to do this, so this gives you an idea of how he wants people to enjoy their stay here. The condo was very clean on our arrival and we left it in a similar condition on our departure. If you want a really nice place to stay with a perfect and central location, look no further. Suncoast Beach Trolley stops are right out side the building, and lastly, parking is undercover so a nice cool car was always there. Thank you again Brian, we appreciate your kindness and generosity."

  • Ideal location with great amenities.

"A quaint condo for the real beach lover out there and perfect romantic get-a-way or individual place to relax. If a broken tile or two on the balcony concerns you, perhaps you need more than 'beach therapy'. Easily one of the best, most secluded spots on the beach. Everything you'll ever need is easily accessible, including beautiful, relaxing sunsets and a 10-minute walks from all the prime spots on Treasure Island. We enjoyed fun, live music at Sea Hags Bar and Grill, local craft beer at Mastry's Brewing Co. and several trips to the popular John's Pass. There's a Publix within walking distance and your kitchen is very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The owner Diane is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!"
