  • YES FOR BOATERS

"We recently spent a fabulous week at Paradisepoint, will like to mention, we book the property before the "not for boaters" review was posted, needless to say we became concerned and called Juan to clarify. Juan assured us that (as he put it) there were many inaccuracies in the review, he did confirm the state of the road as well as no turn around on the property with a trailer, he suggested if we had a problem backing up to launch the boat (22' Grady White) before arriving, which we did. He also mentioned the "not for boaters" reviewer did not put their boat in the water, and commented how could they arrive at the issues reported. Again we had a great time and the weather cooperated during our stay. to sum it up: The view: spectacular The venue: private, gated, very quiet (away from traffic noise on US1), close to restaurants, shops, attractions, etc The house: clean and comfortable, with open floor plan, three balconies We really had a good time enjoy our stay and are happy to say we did not encounter any of the issues mentioned in the "not for boaters" review, we will definitely be back, and do recommend it. Our rating 5+ stars"

  • Very nice Condo and property

"The condo was extremely nice and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. The pool, clubhouse, and boat slip were exceptional. The owners were friendly and very helpful. If you looking for first class accommodations in the keys, this is it. Thanks Forrest"

  • Gregg D

"We found the condo very spacious, clean and updated. The kitchen provided all the necessities need for cooking a full meal. It was nice to sit on the lanai as the boats entered and left the canal in the morning and evenings. The unit also provide a washer and dryer that allowed for us to keep up on laundry and have dry beach towels each day. The property was very low key, relaxed and quiet with a great pool and hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants within a 15 minute drive to suit just about any craving. We rented a boat from Robbie's for multiple days and docked at the boat slip. The place is more than what the pictures show and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to plan our next stay to the Keys and stay in the same unit."

  • House Beautiful, Very Peaceful

"We had a nice relaxing time staying here in the Marlin Beach House. I loved that the canal was behind the house, I sat there every morning drinking my coffee. No wonder they say no swimming in the canal, ( we seen a sting ray and a barracuda) we were waiting for the Manatee's to visit but no luck. The beach was perfect and so beautiful, and it is nice since it is private, no overcrowding. Islamorada key Is the best key to stay in my opinion. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning, John was right on top of that and had it fixed the next morning. House was well stocked and maintained with all things needed. Deposit was returned within 2 weeks after we left. The food is to die for in Islamorada, a bit expensive but it is well worth it. I would highly recommend Morada bay beach club, such a wonderful atmosphere and the food makes your taste buds melt with joy. The keys are a nice place to see and experience in a lifetime, but if you want to do sightseeing or any family activities besides fishing, snorkeling and eating there, Is not much to do here. But if you want to be a beach bum and see the wondrous teal blue waters then this is the place to go. Thank you for the wonderful stay."
