  • Family Reunion

"This was a lovely place with everything needed for a family vacation. The location with access to both the Gulf and Atlantic was great and the boat ramp access was a bonus. The back porch with the basket swings, chairs and seating made for some wonderful family cookouts and good times. We would love to come back again. There are so many extras at this home that we can't list them, just go and enjoy."

  • GREAT!!!!

"The best place we've stayed in the Keys! Great location! The tiki hut adds to the "vacation" vibe. If we came with a boat, the dock in the back would have been perfect and the launch is just 3 doors down. The kids spent HOURS fishing out back- it was the first thing they did in the morning and last thing before they went to sleep. Saw a stingray and caught a huge trunkfish. Great location within Key Largo....Islamorada is just minutes away too. The main house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. And CLEAN (this was a problem with a prior unit we rented in the Keys). I loved the suite on the ground floor. Although we didn't use it, it would be perfect for grandparents or couples traveling together. The entire property is fenced which was perfect for our 40 lb wheaten to run free (thank you for allowing him to join us). All in all, a great place for a 3 night getaway! THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME!"

  • Great place to stay!

"My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 9 month old. When I originally inquired, John responded almost immediately. He answered all questions I had and was there when we arrived. The condo was all set up for us including a playpen for the baby to sleep in. There was a welcome bottle of wine after our long day of travel. The size of the condo was quite large for a one bedroom. There were plenty of linens and towels for our use. Kitchen was well equipped with dishware and cooking needs. We stopped at the grocery before our arrival to get all the little things we would need. To our surprise, we purchased a lot of things that werent necessary. (In our other experiences with rentals, we have needed to purchase everything as nothing additional is provided - including even salt and pepper, condiments, etc...) The condo had all of the little things - salt and pepper, cooking and olive oil, spices, vinegar, ketchup and mustard, pancake syrup, sugar and coffee for the drip coffee maker! The lanai was well used by us and we apent our evenings sitting out there feeling the breeze and smelling the salt air from the beach which is right outside of the condo! There were lovely tiki huts on the beach along with grills in case you want to bbq (bring your own coals). The decor of the unit is very tasteful and the bedroom was fully furnished and still had plenty of room for the playpen without feeling cramped. Parking is free and plentiful. There are shopping carts also available near the main entrance of the building so you can cart groceries upstairs without having to make multiple trips. The location is excellent as well - there is a wonderful little Cafe close by - Moka Cafe. Coffee and pastries are wonderful. Condo is really close to the Winn Dixie supermarket and CVS pharmacy. Lots of little tourist and souvenir shops within short drives of the condo (Key Largo to the North and Islamorada to the South). There is a great little cluster of eclectic shops just South of the condo where you can find local artist souvenirs and glassworks. (The Rain Barrel - it has a giant lobster out front.) The pool is lovely and gets morning sun. Its a great way to cool off at the end of the day. There is wifi at the building, however it is not accessible from the condo itself. You must be near the main office to access the wifi."
