  • I never wanted to leave!!!

"This condo is like coming home! It comes with so many extras! (Fishing polls, coolers, beach towels!) You will not be disappointed! Jeanne was wonderful to work with. The sunsets were incredible! We took some fantastic pix!!! The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfy and loved the decor! The kitchen has everything you need and more! The TV was good. Internet was awesome! Which is nice not having to use your cell phone data while searching the internet. The large table and chairs on the patio were nice to hang out on and drink my coffee in the morning, where I saw rainbows with the early morning showers across the bay. While we were there we did not use the pool. We were going to swim one evening but the pool closes at sunset. That was the only disappointment. The dock is nice to take a walk to. The boat we were going to use, stayed parked at Pennecamp, so we didn't use the boat slip. Bummer. The covered parking underneath the unit was a huge plus! We were packing up the car a few times when an afternoon shower came by. It was nice not to get soaked. The location was perfect for us. We were meeting my brother everyday at John Pennecamp, which is about a mile away. The Publix market is just past that. A little further down the road is a fruit market with all kinds of fresh fruit and veggies. I also liked shopping at the 2 marine thrift shops on the Island. The complex is directly off the Highway, but it is so quiet and peaceful, you would never know. It is convenient to everything. There is also a Sheriff who lives on site. It was only my daughter and myself, so knowing he was there made us feel safer. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful retreat, you cannot go wrong renting this unit! My only regret is that we didn't stay for 2 weeks! Thank you Jeanee for sharing your retreat with us. I hope to return sooner than later!"

  • Lovely home. Convenient to all.

"Enjoyed a great week in early November. House had everything we needed and then some. Went to recommended restaurants and was not disappointed. So close to Pennecamp State Park where my husband and boys enjoyed scuba diving. People were all so nice everywhere we went. Highly recommend."

  • Perfect

"Awesome trip! We didn't spend a lot of time home, as we were out exploring and traveling the Keys during our stay, but the time we did spend at the rental was great. We enjoyed going on bike rides as well as kayaking the mangroves. I didn't realize the neighborhood was right up against John Pennecamp Park until we met a neighbor who filled us in while we were on the water. Beautiful setting and amazing amenities."

  • Manatees at the dock!

"We just returned from our trip and have to say that we had a great vacation. The house is clean and in a good location for snorkeling and visiting the Everglades national park. Publix is just up the road and Key Largo fish market is just a few blocks south. We enjoyed the tiki hut and the grill we loved to cook at the house in the evening with the kids. Liked that the rooms were on a different floor from the kitchen that way we could get up and have coffee while the others slept. The canoes were awesome! We wished that there were more than one bike that way we could go on the bike trail that was just one block away. We also bought fish for the grill but when we went to cut it found that no knife in the house had an edge. Our plastic was the sharpest. We also would have loved to find a fishing pole or two in the man cave for our great canoes. We were lucky enough to get to see Manatee the whole time we were there. Over all I would say that this is a great place for families or young couples. Older people might have a time with all of the stairs. For us we looked at it as part of our exercise routine. The hot tub was nice as well. Some of the furnishings could be up dated as well. The tape on the bar stools is not the most comfortable with shorts on. Just a few little things that need improvement or updated. Very nice stay!"
