  • Amazing

"We stayed at the house for a little over a month. We were down in the area for work and found this little gem. There were three adults sharing the house so there was more then enough room. Out of that whole time I think we cooked at the house a total of two nights. One guy did you use the outside grill more often though. This place was set up for turn key usage, from Tupperware to a Keurig, it was all there! There are four bathrooms in the house, each master bedroom upstairs having their own as well as the room downstairs. The final bathroom is in the hallway that is available to guests and the final two rooms that have a day bed in each. These two rooms and the hallway bathroom were never used once while we were there. Laundry room was up in the main house and in very good order. The neighborhood was quiet with most people that we saw waving hello. Personally, I enjoyed the back patio where I spent almost every night enjoying a beer and watching the boats rock back and forth along the canal. Not only would I recommend staying here again, but I plan on staying here again as I know my group will be back sometime in the Spring of 2017!"

  • Beautiful home for a long stay

"Beautiful home! Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable and had anything you need. It is very close to publix, kmart, farmers market, cvs, walgreens and more. I have stayed at 3 different places and this ranks highest. Awesome views!"

  • What a gem!!!

"So HAPPY this house became available. I could not have found a more perfect spot to spend the month of April for my daughters' wedding. I LOVED the beach, the sunsets at the marina, the pina coladas at Snappers, bike riding EVERYWHERE, the outdoor shower, view from the house on rainy days, the view from master bedroom, friendly neighbors and other renters I met and spent time with, QUIET neighborhood. I really did not want to leave!! The only negative I have is the bed pillows. I travel with my own and the ones in the master were fine but the kids complained about the ones in the other bedrooms. Julie was very nice to rent from. She text me to make sure I had arrived and warned me about speeding. Everything was clean and stocked really well. Hopefully I will be able to go back in the near future."

  • Lovely, spacious condo

"My family just returned from a week at Ocean Reef - David's condo was nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) needs. We took advantage of the golf course and driving range, the beautiful gym, and had the pool across from the condo to ourselves for the entire week (we went to Buccaneer Island once) . David responded quickly to any question or issue we had and was a pleasure to deal with - we highly recommend this place for a group that wants to stay together, but not right on top of each other. A few suggestions: if you plan to cook (which we did), bring your groceries (wine and liquor too) or have them delivered via Amazon Pantry - we didn't and had to ride to Florida City to shop (35 mins away) - the "market" (Wynn's) on the premises is very expensive, OK for a few items, but not for a week's worth of food! Rent your golf carts from Pete/Larry (get the number from David) - again much less expensive than on the premises ($200 wk vs. $75 daily). Visit John Pennecamp State Park in Key Largo for snorkeling - they have a reasonable tour that is great! Places outside Ocean Reef to eat: Sharkeys (happy hour), Hobo Cafe, Big Chill (beautiful view), and Senor Frijoles. PS/note the dress code on the Ocean Reef website, as they are strict about that."
