  • RENT THIS CONDO, it's BEAUTIFUL!

"I walked into this condo and my heart was singing. The condo is immaculate and house keeping added all the right touches of soaps, towels and incense sticks. The kitchen is huge and is beautifully updated. As are all three bedrooms and the three full bathrooms. There isn't a detail that was overlooked. Ivy provides her renters with plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels. The pool table was a hit. The ocean view balcony off the kitchen and back patio were favorite spots of ours. Ivy provided use her golf cart which was a plus. As far as Kawama, the grounds are well kept. The pools are clean and the newly updated sandy hammocks overlooking the ocean are beautiful. Kawama offers an ocean sunrise and sunset from the jeti. This was our second year staying in Kawama. Do not hesitate. Stay here, trust me. Stay here!"

  • Great location

"My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and convenient neighborhood. We took many walks and always felt safe. Our favorite bar, about one mile away, was close enough for us to walk. We also enjoyed happy hours at The Marriott and The Big Chill. The home itself had everything we needed to cook, clean and relax. The backyard had shade and sun. The deck had a gas grill that worked very well. Bill was very responsive to any requests we made and responded almost immediately."

  • Perfect for everyone!

"We loved the condo and working with Mario was flawless. The condo itself had everything we needed and the finishings were lovely. The wireless was fast and with 2 teens - that was important to us. The complex was great - the kids loved the pool, tennis courts and even shuffleboard. The adults enjoyed the dock and the ability to walk to a number of great restaurants. We are looking forward to our next stay at Moon Bay!"

  • Great place to stay!

"My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 9 month old. When I originally inquired, John responded almost immediately. He answered all questions I had and was there when we arrived. The condo was all set up for us including a playpen for the baby to sleep in. There was a welcome bottle of wine after our long day of travel. The size of the condo was quite large for a one bedroom. There were plenty of linens and towels for our use. Kitchen was well equipped with dishware and cooking needs. We stopped at the grocery before our arrival to get all the little things we would need. To our surprise, we purchased a lot of things that werent necessary. (In our other experiences with rentals, we have needed to purchase everything as nothing additional is provided - including even salt and pepper, condiments, etc...) The condo had all of the little things - salt and pepper, cooking and olive oil, spices, vinegar, ketchup and mustard, pancake syrup, sugar and coffee for the drip coffee maker! The lanai was well used by us and we apent our evenings sitting out there feeling the breeze and smelling the salt air from the beach which is right outside of the condo! There were lovely tiki huts on the beach along with grills in case you want to bbq (bring your own coals). The decor of the unit is very tasteful and the bedroom was fully furnished and still had plenty of room for the playpen without feeling cramped. Parking is free and plentiful. There are shopping carts also available near the main entrance of the building so you can cart groceries upstairs without having to make multiple trips. The location is excellent as well - there is a wonderful little Cafe close by - Moka Cafe. Coffee and pastries are wonderful. Condo is really close to the Winn Dixie supermarket and CVS pharmacy. Lots of little tourist and souvenir shops within short drives of the condo (Key Largo to the North and Islamorada to the South). There is a great little cluster of eclectic shops just South of the condo where you can find local artist souvenirs and glassworks. (The Rain Barrel - it has a giant lobster out front.) The pool is lovely and gets morning sun. Its a great way to cool off at the end of the day. There is wifi at the building, however it is not accessible from the condo itself. You must be near the main office to access the wifi."
