  • RENT THIS CONDO, it's BEAUTIFUL!

"I walked into this condo and my heart was singing. The condo is immaculate and house keeping added all the right touches of soaps, towels and incense sticks. The kitchen is huge and is beautifully updated. As are all three bedrooms and the three full bathrooms. There isn't a detail that was overlooked. Ivy provides her renters with plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels. The pool table was a hit. The ocean view balcony off the kitchen and back patio were favorite spots of ours. Ivy provided use her golf cart which was a plus. As far as Kawama, the grounds are well kept. The pools are clean and the newly updated sandy hammocks overlooking the ocean are beautiful. Kawama offers an ocean sunrise and sunset from the jeti. This was our second year staying in Kawama. Do not hesitate. Stay here, trust me. Stay here!"

  • Awesome family trip!

"Amazing house, beautiful views, perfect Canal. We had a great stay and a great time. Had a rental and took it down to Key West one of the 4 days there, it was only a 1:45min drive. The only downfall of the house is that it needs kitchen utensils, found a few roaches, but other than that it was all great. We rented for Thanksgiving and it was perfect for our family trip!!!"

  • Slice of Heaven

"Our trip down to Key Largo was mired with the usual holiday traffic but the house was a shining oasis at the end. The description doesn't to justice to the house, it is fully stocked, very well laid out, and for lack of a better word... perfect. The location was pretty easy to find with GPS, but I can see how one could get easily lost in the smaller streets off of the main highway, we found it pretty quickly and walked into an immaculately, clean, and airy abode. The bedrooms are generously laid out, and the master is a sight to behold. The houses are close together both on the sides and canal side, but the house is very well soundproofed and we could barely hear each other through the stay. There are a decent amount of stairs so those with difficulty beware. We enjoyed a few nights of pristine views and a few cold ones (beverages) down on the canal. The entire group agreed this is a gem in the Keys and would love to stay again anytime. The owners were very informative and friendly, although the house had it all so there was little need for much communication post arrival."

  • What a great place

"We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The tikihut was fantastic for hanging out since the weather was perfect. The fenced in yard made it easy for us to bring our four legged family member to wander around with no worries. The downstairs apartment was also a great place for our parents to have their own little escape. The house was clean and very accommodating with great views of the ocean. The location is great too as it is a short drive to several places to grab a bite to eat. The only thing that was a negative is not anything the owner of this house could change, and that's the neighbors birds. They have two big caged birds that sit outside and every morning they start calling out, very loudly. Imagine getting woken up every morning about 6am by a siren that you can't shut off. Again, nothing this owner could fix, but definitely got annoying. But all in all, a place we would love to revisit."
