  • Girls long weekend

"We rented this property for a much needed 5 day getaway. There were four of us and we all had our own private rooms. We especially loved the screened in porch and spent any mornings and evenings on it. This house is very close to the John Pennekamp state park (you could walk there), where we found wonderful kayaking and nature trails. We also swam with Dolphins, took a glass bottom boat tour and had many wonderful meals in the area. You do need to bring your hair dryer and beach towels, but other than that, the place had everything! I can't wait to see what it looks like when the pool is finished."

  • Incredible all-inclusive escape to Key Largo. Loved the tree house vibe and friendly area.

"Our four day trip to Key Largo was amazing in large part due to Damaris's condo at Kawama. Everything we needed was there...a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of comfy linens and beds, kayaks/bikes/paddle boards, grills, all kinds of options all over the property for getting away and relaxing or socializing...beaches (rare in the Keys), lagoons, wildlife, firepit, quiet nooks, animated sunset gatherings. The vibe was old school and easy going. There is a fish market and laid back restaurant right down the street where we ate fish tacos several times, bought fresh caught seafood to grill, and enjoyed cold beer. Enjoyed watching some rescue dolphins work with disabled on walk home. Ten minutes away from an amazing day snorkling out at Pennecamp. Hour from Bahia Honda State Park beaches...beautiful day there spent paddleboarding with rays, fish, and pelicans, and hanging in hammocks. One day spent relaxing on screened porch while girls sunbathed in lagoon and kayaked in ocean. Had a couple movie nights. Woke to owls hooting in the morning and coffee in the quiet trees...sooo relaxing. Spent the day we left in the Everglades with gators and airboat ride. Discovered incredible Robert Is Here fruit stand for cold and freshly cut open coconuts for their water, Key Lime milkshakes, fresh avocado with lime juice, wild honey, exotic fruits, AND a huge petting zoo ...too much fun. Wonderful Spring Break for both adults and teenagers...will definitely be back. Hope it continues to stay as stocked and clean as it was on this first trip - just perfect. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!"

  • Great time and great deal in the Keys

"This is a real gem. I hesitate to recommend it too highly, because we will want to return often so I am hoping it will be available. The property was just as described. The trailer was clean and comfortable with a full sized kitchen and bathroom. The included washer and dryer were a bonus. Everything that we needed such as linens, towels and so on was there. The attached covered porch was very comfortable for outdoor dining after we grilled on the barbecue Peggy provides. The campground was peaceful, quiet and calm and the pool was great. The location of the campground is very convenient for trips to Anne's Beach, the Everglades, Robbie's to feed the tarpon, Theater by the Sea, Pennecamp Park as well as many of the delicious restaurants in the area. You can walk to the grocery, KMart and a few excellent restaurants, including The Catch and Hobos. This is definitely one of the best deals on Key Largo. We will return often."

  • Loved this Condo!

"We stayed here for one week and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was clean and spacious and true to photos. It was also nice to have some basic condiments there (even if left by previous renters). We spent a lot of time on the balcony just gazing out at the ocean and at the pool which is fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here."
