  • Great place to throw some lines in the water and not care of you catch anything.

"This is a great little place, plenty of room and everything you need. The neighbors dogs barked quite a bit at first, but they settled down some after the first week. We seen manatees in the canal behind the house as we relaxed under the tiki hut, we fished off the back and caught a small barracuda, tarpon and some mullet. The kids loved the pool and we all became addicted to the tiki toss game. Remember your bug spray and watch for the infamous crocodile that visits the canal. The unit house was very easy to find and everything worked perfectly."

  • Absolutely perfect!!

"My family and I just spent 6 glorious days at this beach house. This is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. Maria and Miguel were wonderful with communication and even responded to our questions while they were on their own Christmas vacation. Being welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates was a fun surprise!! This house has everything you will need for a Comfortable and lovely stay. We had 6 in our group and there was plenty of room and privacy. The deck was absolutely perfect for dinnner outside every night, we barbecued fresh fish and sat outside most nights as we could not get enough of the gorgeous views. We ate out once at the Fish House , which was excellent as well. The grocery shopping is close and convenient and the kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. My kids, hubby and I loved the canoe and paddle boards as well. We explored the various canals , siteseeing the beautiful homes and boats. We drove to Key West two times and it is a beautiful drive. The town has a lot to see so be sure and spend some time there. We did a sunset cruise on the sail boat "Hindu"..... I highly recommend it! Also don't miss the Bahia Honda State park. It is breathtaking!! I am very happy we choose this Beach house , it is always hard just picking something off the Internet and looking at photos. This house is more beautiful than you can imagine! The location couldn't be more perfect! We were sad to leave....We hope to return again though. Thank you Maria and Miguel for a wonderful, memory making stay!"

  • Great place to stay!

"My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 9 month old. When I originally inquired, John responded almost immediately. He answered all questions I had and was there when we arrived. The condo was all set up for us including a playpen for the baby to sleep in. There was a welcome bottle of wine after our long day of travel. The size of the condo was quite large for a one bedroom. There were plenty of linens and towels for our use. Kitchen was well equipped with dishware and cooking needs. We stopped at the grocery before our arrival to get all the little things we would need. To our surprise, we purchased a lot of things that werent necessary. (In our other experiences with rentals, we have needed to purchase everything as nothing additional is provided - including even salt and pepper, condiments, etc...) The condo had all of the little things - salt and pepper, cooking and olive oil, spices, vinegar, ketchup and mustard, pancake syrup, sugar and coffee for the drip coffee maker! The lanai was well used by us and we apent our evenings sitting out there feeling the breeze and smelling the salt air from the beach which is right outside of the condo! There were lovely tiki huts on the beach along with grills in case you want to bbq (bring your own coals). The decor of the unit is very tasteful and the bedroom was fully furnished and still had plenty of room for the playpen without feeling cramped. Parking is free and plentiful. There are shopping carts also available near the main entrance of the building so you can cart groceries upstairs without having to make multiple trips. The location is excellent as well - there is a wonderful little Cafe close by - Moka Cafe. Coffee and pastries are wonderful. Condo is really close to the Winn Dixie supermarket and CVS pharmacy. Lots of little tourist and souvenir shops within short drives of the condo (Key Largo to the North and Islamorada to the South). There is a great little cluster of eclectic shops just South of the condo where you can find local artist souvenirs and glassworks. (The Rain Barrel - it has a giant lobster out front.) The pool is lovely and gets morning sun. Its a great way to cool off at the end of the day. There is wifi at the building, however it is not accessible from the condo itself. You must be near the main office to access the wifi."
