  • Overall, excellent...

"The owners were very pleasant and responsive. They called us on the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and called us on the day that we left to make sure everything was ok. The neighborhood was very pleasant. The community has a beautiful, clean and well maintained swimming pool that we enjoyed. Viewing the sunste from the pool and pool deck (that has a view of the ocean) was our absolute favorite. We did not realize that it was a trailer home that we were going to. This trailer has about 350 sq ft of living area. So, it was very cramped for a family of 5. I was barely able to fit in the bathroom and shower (I'm about 200 lbs, 5-9 height). Other than that, we had truly enjoyed ourselves."

  • Family Trip Success

"First time in the Keys, so I can't compare it to other houses, but for our stay this worked out really well. It had plenty of activities on site to keep us busy for the entire stay. Fishing off the pier for the kids, manatee watching, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling, small beach for relaxing, sunsets. There were also lounge chairs and large cabana style umbrellas. The house was also nice (there are 4 on the property) it was the smaller "large" house. We also rented the largest house and that was gorgeous, huge kitchen area for cooking and gathering for our group of 16. Please note that this property is also part of the small marina, so there are other guests using the pier / beach / etc. They are super friendly, but just so you are aware that this is not totally private. You are close to grocery, bait, bars, restaurants, there is an asphalt trail for running / biking. I would recommend for a large group, lots of fun!!"

  • Nice, quiet, comfortable convenient location

"The location is great, in between John Pennekamp State Park and Islamorada. Perfect spot for any water sport and great local food abounds. The townhouse was very well maintained and felt like the owner left no stone unturned in the setup for guests. While this unit has no water views it wasn't about that for us. The furnishings were top notch, both kitchens had everything we needed and the rooms were all very comfortable. If you intend on spending most of your time outside (like we did) the fact that there is no water view should not dissuade you from booking this place."
