  • Key Getaway in the Keys

"Capricorn Cove was a great fit for our active family affording us quick access to the open ocean and close to the sand bar and reefs for snorkeling or fishing. The use of the kayaks, boat dock, and fish cleaning station make ocean outings so convenient. The grill and patio furniture make the back patio inviting for family gatherings, morning coffee or sunset meals. The wide open dining/kitchen/living room worked well for our group providing plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy each other without being on top of each other. Clearly, David was intentional about making our stay comfortable and convenient. He was never more than a phone call away for any questions or suggestions and he was always attentive. We had everything we needed and more. He's not kidding when he says, "Just bring your clothes!" cause that's all you need for a great time!"

  • Great Condo and Complex in Key Largo

"My husband and I stayed in this condo for the month of March 2016 and we loved it. The condo itself is spacious, has everything we needed and is exactly as shown in the photos and as described in the overview. It is an end unit which has sliding glass doors and/or windows on three sides. Therefore, there is a plenty of daylight coming in and a great breeze when the doors and windows are open. The condo is on the 2nd floor with parking underneath which kept our car out of the hot sun during the day and sheltered from the rain—although it didn’t rain much. The complex is very nicely landscaped and kept immaculate. The people who rent at this complex have developed a very friendly and inviting community which we enjoyed. Potluck dinners are held at the club house once a week and a variety of other activities take place throughout the week that one can participate in – or not. And last but not least, the owners of this condo were accommodating and very easy to work with. We would return without hesitation."

  • Beautiful Home in Key Largo

"Serenity by the Sea is a great choice for a stay in Key Largo. The home was fully stocked with swimming floats, life jackets, kayaks, basically anything you can think of for the water, and a jacuzzi! The dock is wonderful for fishing and docking a boat. The small private beach on the property is great for family fun in the sand and in the water. The shoreline does have some rocks, however, this is avoided the deeper you go in. There are numerous lawn chairs and a picnic table, which makes it easy for everyone to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The inside of the home is decorated following a beach cottage theme. It was very cute! The beds were comfortable and numerous. The kitchen in particular could use some renovations as the cabinets were hanging off the wall and didn't close very easily. Additionally, the fridge didn't get as cold as we expected it to be. Most of the things you would need in a kitchen are available to you, however, we were in need of more cutting boards throughout the trip and some of the cooking pans weren't of the best quality. My favorite part of the home was the large (floor to ceiling) windows flowing throughout the home. Every morning when we woke up there was a gorgeous view right there in the living room and kitchen. We could look right out to the sea while we ate breakfast in the kitchen. Overall, this home is a great choice for a large family that likes to have fun!"

  • Perfect Place to Stay in Key Largo

"We rented the Rock Harbor condo for two weeks. We should have stayed longer. It is a wonderful condo and condo complex. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the beach right in front of the condo is very private and clean and comfortable. We usually had the entire beach to ourselves for the whole day. The pod of dolphins that swam by every morning was quite special. Often, the dolphin would literally be just feet away from the pier and us! And sunsets... you have to see them to believe them. The condo itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two and a half bathrooms were very convenient, the kitchen, although small, was well stocked, the living room was spacious, and the balconies...Well, we were on the screened in balconies until late every night."
