  • Family vaca in Key West

"The accommodations in the condo fit our family of 6 adults and 2 small children perfectly! I'm glad we had the ocean view unit because it was so nice to relax and watch the boats & motorsports. The pool was great and having the bar & food (very good by the way) available right there worked extremely well. The owners were very easy to work with and super friendly with many recommendations on things to do in the area. You can really get away without having a car while there since there are shuttles to Duval St and walking to many places is very easy. Highly recommend and look forward to a return visit."

  • Fantastic getaway that's not faraway

"Gorgeous( the pictures speak for themselves) condo with all the amenities . Stayed for a month and wanted for nothing, complete to the last detail. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the water and gardens, fantastic for morning coffee. Slept 4 comfortably, even had an additional guest for a few days with no problems . If you are lucky enough to have a boat, keep it docked steps from your door. Bring or rent bikes best way to get around, about 10 minute ride to Duvall( parking downtown is a bit of a bear). Parking for vehicles right under the condo,I brought a truck and the garage accommodated it easily, really big enough for 2 cars. Gerocery stores ,liquor,k-mart all 5 minute bike ride. Prepared half our meals in,all appliances top notch, had questions on any operation property management walked us through everything. Evening dips in the pool with cocktails especially refreshing, met the neighbors all nice folks, most of the time we had pool to our selves. Super place, will be back next year for sure !"

  • Sophisticated-rustic cabin in the tropics.

"This property successfully pulls off the cozy feel of a rustic cabin while at the same time exuding an understated sophisticated elegance throughout the design, decor, and furnishings. Furnishings and appliances are new, full-sized, and high quality. A nice touch by the owners was to create a feeling of old Florida historic charm throughout by using Flagler railroad themed decor. We stayed in this property for 2 months while purchasing our own house. We had ample time to spend on the property and we never tired of it. Even though we were not on vacation, when we came back to the place we immediately felt relaxed and in vacation mode. The house is equipped with everything you need, from outdoor grill to baking sheets right down to a crock pot. Parking is great with 2 spots within the gated property and ample (+6 spots) unrestricted on-street parking. For recreation, the deck and pool patio are fantastic to waste away hot tropical afternoons. There is a private boat lift and dock on the canal that provides quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf sides. There is a public boat ramp on the other side of the canal that provides a good source of entertainment while watching all of the varied techniques people use for off- and on-loading watercraft from trailers. We did not use a motor boat, but did bring paddle boards and kayaks and used them regularly right from the dock (salt marshes are accessible from the canal where there are no motorized watercraft). There were no issues paddling on the canal with the boats. The house is centrally located in Key West, about 2 miles from Duval and the heart of Old Town on a quiet, uncrowded street. We very much enjoyed biking from the house to the beach and downtown for happy hours and dinners. Definitely bring your bikes or rent them when you get here. Overall I highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to vacation in Key West and take advantage of all Key West activities from paddling, to biking, to swimming, to boating, to fishing. This property is better than the crowded and overpriced historic district for having a relaxing and private vacation while enjoying all Key West has to offer."
