  • Booked our return visit for 2017!

"All the reviews about Craig & Cindy and their properties are spot on. We stayed at 214 and it is a beautiful house & perfect location. No matter which way you want to go, Mallory Square or Duvall St., you will be there in about 5 minutes. Very quiet, relaxing & private. Felt right at home immediately. The property is just as described and Craig & Cindy have thought of everything, the only thing we needed was food. Ladies as of August 2016 there were 2 hair dryers, Guys as of August 2016 there were 2 hair dryers! The cleaning staff does an amazing job and my wife wishes she could have brought them home with us. We did spot Fleming the Cat on our last day. Please don't forget the packet they send you, it comes in quite handy for quick reference of codes, phone numbers and places to eat and play. Thank you again for providing a great HOME on our vacation!"

  • Beautiful Condo in Perfect Key West Location!

"This unit is beautifully decorated and nicely furnished with incredible views! The patio deck is amazing! The potted plants are a nice touch too! The location is perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway but also steps away from Mallory Square and Duval. Zachary Taylor State Park Beach is a short walk. We plan to return again next year. Steve was great! Highly Recommended!"

  • Stay here and feel like a local!

"This is a true conch home that will give you a true conch experience. Live comfortably amonst the locals. The home itself has been modernized and decorated to be as comfortable and convenient as anyone would expect. It is spotlessly clean, well appointed and has a wonderful, private, backyard with pool. bbq and nice outdoor furnishings. A great place to lounge, enjoy a quiet cocktail and dine. The kitchen is completly equipped and the beds, beddings and linen are all high quality. As fabulous as this home is, you are on vacation to experience Key West and this location cannot be beat! Elizabeth Street is a couple blocks from Duval and the center of old town. From here, it is an easy walk to Mallory Square, the Historic Seaport, Bahama Village, the Southernmost Point and both ends of Duval (the wild north end or the sophisticated south end). My partner and I, and our friends, have stayed here 2 years running and are already booked for two more trips. I could not recommend a better place in Key West to stay. And, as the previous reviewer said, the owner and property manager are extremely easy to deal with and simply nice people."

  • Very nice time

"Check in was in another building in the neighborhood, but easy. When we arrived we checked the bed linens and found some dark spots on the bedspreads that were distasteful. The sheets also had some long hairs in them, and the white towels had some stains on them. We called the management office right away and they were incredibly swift in rectifying the situation, so we were happy about that. They even gave us two bikes for free to use during our stay because of it and we appreciated that immensely. The kitchen had a lot of little ants everywhere, so don't leave anything out on the counters. It's a Key West thing to be aware of. A top shelf in the bathroom was swarming with ants and it was pretty alarming. Apparently there was some ant bait placed up there and boy were they baited. It freaked me out. The grounds are gated which made me feel very safe and they had a lovely pool you could dip in which was lovely. This particular unit faces the street and the entrance to the courtyard so you don't have any privacy unless you pull the blinds closed, which darkens the whole apartment. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have some sunlight coming in. The people who take care of the complex live next door and are very nice. However, one of the rules of the complex is that you're not allowed to dry anything out on your porch area on the wicker chairs. They tell you to dry everything in your bathroom or use the dryer (which is on site, coin operated.) We thought this was silly and couldn't see that seriously being enforced because it's a beach location and people are going to have towels, suits, etc.. It was. That struck me as a little uptight. The location is perfectly suited to all the attractions in Old Town and ultimately I would stay here again. The management team told us that there were going to be some upgrades to the unit coming soon, which is exciting. The pros outweighed the negatives."
