  • Paradise

"I did a lady’s getaway with my daughters and mother. This house was wonderful with a great location. House is within walking distance to Duval yet nice and private. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and grill available. On long days of shopping and taking in the sites I loved relaxing by the pool. The ease of talking to management to make the reservation was very easy. I am looking forward to my next visit to Ocean Paradise as it truly is paradise."

  • Perfect weather, perfect location!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Shipyard 197 for a week in March. Key West is both tropical and urban--you can walk or ride a bike everywhere. The location of this condo in the Truman Annex is fantastic. It's two blocks from the shops, restaurants, and bars; but it's perfectly quiet at night. You can easily walk anywhere in Old Town from the condo. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It's not huge, but the two bedrooms/one bath worked well. The best part of the condo is the private, shady backyard/deck. Did I mention that the weather was perfect? Upper 70s, light breeze. The pool at Truman Annex was clean and nice, though there were times when the leathery old people crowded the pool a bit. Last note: head out to the sunset every night. We split our sunsets between Mallory Square (circus acts, buskers, excitement) and Fort Zach park (costs 7 bucks to drive in, but the view of the sunset and the boats was better)."

  • Booked our return visit for 2017!

"All the reviews about Craig & Cindy and their properties are spot on. We stayed at 214 and it is a beautiful house & perfect location. No matter which way you want to go, Mallory Square or Duvall St., you will be there in about 5 minutes. Very quiet, relaxing & private. Felt right at home immediately. The property is just as described and Craig & Cindy have thought of everything, the only thing we needed was food. Ladies as of August 2016 there were 2 hair dryers, Guys as of August 2016 there were 2 hair dryers! The cleaning staff does an amazing job and my wife wishes she could have brought them home with us. We did spot Fleming the Cat on our last day. Please don't forget the packet they send you, it comes in quite handy for quick reference of codes, phone numbers and places to eat and play. Thank you again for providing a great HOME on our vacation!"

  • Great vacation lodgings!

"Great vacation lodgings and reasonably priced. Two relatively large bedrooms, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, garden deck with a gas barbeque. Owners go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Location is great (and secure) to explore Key West! Recommend it highly!"
