  • Loved the house.

"Ashe Street house has larger rooms than our previous rentals, and a friendly feel. We liked everything about it . The upstairs bedrooms are luxurious. Downstairs tv room has a library and comfy sofa. (non-sleep sofa) The queen size Murphy bed worked well when we had extra visitors. (House is roomy, could really sleep 8 in a pinch) Backyard & pool are beautiful, Weber, big table for dinners. The owners left many nice touches. Staff at Rent Key West are very helpful on check in. We hired them for an extra cleaning; they know the house & have keys. Ideas: Find the Pescado food truck around the corner for lobster rolls, Bistro Sole for outside dining two bl. west on White St., and Salute on Higgs Beach. Key West is mad fun, we're coming back."

  • An Absolute Dream in Key West

"Our party of eight (seven adults and one child) stayed at Casa Amor in November 2016 as part of a larger trip to the Florida Keys and Dry Tortugas and Biscayne National Parks. We actually booked Casa Amor for two separate two-night stays because we were camping at Dry Tortugas the nights in between. When we arrived, our group was floored by how well-appointed and lovely Casa Amor was. The loggia and pool were enchanting, and the glass doors rolled all the way open to create a wonderful inside-outside living space. The house was spotlessly clean, as were the linens and towels. The bedrooms were spacious and delightfully decorated. All told, it was the perfect space for our group. Even the three provided house keys were perfect, allowing various to come and go as we pleased. Michel, the owner, is absolutely charming. He gave us tips on where to sit on the ferry to Dry Tortugas, and he made sure that our stay was perfect, which it was. Unfortunately, one of our group forgot his eyeglasses, and Michel contacted us immediately in order to get contact info to mail them to him. I have already recommended Casa Amor to two business colleagues in the three days I've been back home. I think that the best testament to Casa Amor's magic is that as we continued our trip in the Upper Keys, all of us spoke longingly of Casa Amor and how much we'd liked it and missed it already. Michel, thank you for a wonderful experience!"

  • New Years in Key West!

"We stayed at Island Dream after looking at the reviews and talking to the owners. We were not disappointed!. Clean, beautiful grounds, with a great pool area, right across from the beach and not far from downtown. The place has a unique decorators touch making you feel like you are in paradise. Great balcony looking over the ocean and beach, and perfect place for the morning coffee or evening nightcap. Bikes were an added bonus, and I would stay here again. Nice community of permanent residents in the complex that make you feel welcome. Thanks for the great place to stay."

  • Great place to stay in Key West.

"Spend Labor Day weekend on the water. The boat was better than advertised with plenty of room for 6 adults. It was extremely hot and humid that weekend but inside the boat remained cool and comfortable. One of our group suffers from motion sickness, but she was fine for the entire weekend. The sunset cruise was the highlight of the trip. So nice to be on a comfortable boat with just our travelling group. Felt sorry for all the others that were seeing the sunset on a 'cattle-maran' cruise. Those boats were packed to the gills with not even enough room to move around. The harbor was quiet in the evenings and nights. Our group spend our afternoons lounging at the pool at the Marker Hotel. The Marker Hotel is within 2 blocks of the boat. The Marker pool as a nice bar and restaurant. And they were very welcoming. Mark was a great host. He was close enough if we needed anything, but we never did"
