  • a welcoming home & private resort all in one

"I have been traveling to Key West for varying amounts of time for more than 20 years and this home made this visit one of the most comfortable and memorable visits yet. The home is extremely private, all while being in the center of can walk, bike or drive anywhere on the island in minutes. There are 2-3 wonderful restaurants less than 3 blocks away. Duval Street, Bahama Village, museums, shopping, the marinas, the beaches and everything else you could want to visit is within easy biking distance or a leisurely walk. The house is well-appointed with all you could need for cooking, grilling, entertaining or just plain old relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, there are some many places to choose from...the comfortable living room with the big TV for sports and movies, chaise lounges on the deck, glider with table and chairs on the porch, hammock in the trees and don’t forget the dipping pool...making the decision of where to relax a tough, but welcome one during each day of my stay at this resort-like home away from home. It even includes a filtered drinking water system in the refrigerator. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The house has an amazing open indoor/outdoor layout with 3 sets of double doors opening to the outdoor space making the living space almost twice its size. The lush landscaping provides a buffer from your neighbors and the street, providing privacy in a neighborhood…which is hard to come by in Key West as is the private parking spot that comes with the property. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend this property and hope to be fortunate enough to stay here on my next visit. I leave you with the question ‘why stay anywhere else?’ and can give you no good reason why anyone would stay anywhere but here."

  • Magnificent!

"We arrived late in the day, around 8pm, but the packet was in the mailbox for us to check in to our room.. The lights and AC were on in our room to welcome our arrival (nice attention to detail that we didn't arrive to a dark and hot room ) . The breakfast buffet at the Eaton House for an additional $5 per day was a fantastic value and I defy anyone to try to get a better breakfast anywhere! There was plenty of different breakfast things to please everyone, eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, Belgian waffles, cheeses, salmon, cereals, bagels, muffins, breads and fresh OJ. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling as were the bed linens, bath and beach towels that were provided. All bathrooms and kitchen area came with liquid soaps/shampoos/ conditioners that smelled divine and lathered up divinely. The entire staff was super helpful and they had a list of suggestions for dog friendly places that turned out to be awesome. The beds were comfortable and not too hard or soft. Upon our arrival we parked our car in the free spot provided for us and because we were so close to everything didn't use the car again until our departure. We were located behind the Hard Rock Cafe but the outside walls were high enough to block most of the sounds and we didn't hear them from the bedroom so our sleep went undisturbed and we both slept comfortably and soundly. The pool and lounge area was lovely and clean. The kitchen came with enough pots, pans, dishes and glasses to easily make meals and I used the oven while I was there and the coffee maker (free coffee packets provided...nice touch) . The dishes, pots and pans were all spotless. The spot was a quiet peaceful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle that makes this area so popular. We can't wait to come back and won't consider staying anywhere but here!"

  • Wonderful Stay For New Years Eve Weekend

"We just returned from a perfect 5 day stay in Key West. Our accommodations were great. Bobby was a wonderful host and very responsive to all our needs and questions. We will definitely be returning in the future. Couldn't ask for anything more. So much nicer than staying in a hotel."

  • Casa Blanca

"This property was immaculate and exceeded all expectations for what we were looking for our family vacation. We had several family members come to visit throughout our stay in Key West. They all raved about how wonderful the home was. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of just about everything. The neighborhood was great. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all our extended family. Excellent amenities and a gorgeous backyard with an huge pool. Shel Segel our property manager went over and above to make sure are vacation was one we would never forget. Anything we needed he was just a phone call away. Shel you are one of kind and we were blessed to have you as our property manager. Words can not describe how wonderful you are. I would also like to thank Alex from Last Key Realty for helping us find our vacation dream house. Our vacation started with you. You are absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. You found our perfect match. Our family we will cherish those memories forever. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to Key West and hopefully you will have the opportunity to work with Shel and Alex."
