  • Perfect Key West Getaway

"We stayed at this property for six weeks during May & June 2016. We loved each day. The interior is simple but useful and cozy. The porch is where we spent the majority of our time. Whether it was swinging lazily in the hammock under the mango tree or grilling up fresh fish on the BBQ, the outdoor space was a gathering spot for smiles and happiness. In terms of location on the island, this is second to none. Just a short walk from the restaurants and bars on the docks or a simple bike ride to virtually anything you could need. During the booking process, Ken was easy to work with and great with communications. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about this place."

  • Great Key West Location, Meticulous Condo!

"We had a wonderful time here. The condo has everything that you need. The bikes are a huge added feature. We didn't rent a car and only used Taxi to and fro the airport. The condo is clean, clean, clean and very quiet. The condo is located close to pool but far enough that you don't hear it. If we return we will without question stay here again. Eat at Santiago's, Blue Heaven and Banana Cafe while you are in town! Danger Tours are great! Small groups and intimate experience. We went on the Wind & Wine Sunset Sail and the Full Day Sail, Snorkel and Kayak Experience...THE BEST!"

  • Very nice time

"Check in was in another building in the neighborhood, but easy. When we arrived we checked the bed linens and found some dark spots on the bedspreads that were distasteful. The sheets also had some long hairs in them, and the white towels had some stains on them. We called the management office right away and they were incredibly swift in rectifying the situation, so we were happy about that. They even gave us two bikes for free to use during our stay because of it and we appreciated that immensely. The kitchen had a lot of little ants everywhere, so don't leave anything out on the counters. It's a Key West thing to be aware of. A top shelf in the bathroom was swarming with ants and it was pretty alarming. Apparently there was some ant bait placed up there and boy were they baited. It freaked me out. The grounds are gated which made me feel very safe and they had a lovely pool you could dip in which was lovely. This particular unit faces the street and the entrance to the courtyard so you don't have any privacy unless you pull the blinds closed, which darkens the whole apartment. It wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have some sunlight coming in. The people who take care of the complex live next door and are very nice. However, one of the rules of the complex is that you're not allowed to dry anything out on your porch area on the wicker chairs. They tell you to dry everything in your bathroom or use the dryer (which is on site, coin operated.) We thought this was silly and couldn't see that seriously being enforced because it's a beach location and people are going to have towels, suits, etc.. It was. That struck me as a little uptight. The location is perfectly suited to all the attractions in Old Town and ultimately I would stay here again. The management team told us that there were going to be some upgrades to the unit coming soon, which is exciting. The pros outweighed the negatives."

  • Casa de Cuba- Beyond Fabulous!

"Our family of 6 fully enjoyed this gorgeous property for our New Year's week stay. This well appointed, comfortable, professionally and artistically decorated home is fabulous. The property is prettier than the photos- warm, inviting and comfortable. There are plenty of spaces to relax, the covered back patio, luscious landscaped back yard and lovely heated pool create a relaxing, private oasis and retreat to relax and unwind. Every room in the home is thoughtfully decorated, with all necessary amenities- well stocked, large eat in kitchen, a separate dining room or game area and comfortable living room, large TV, wifi, Central A/C, games, books, beautiful linens, beach towels, and even a supply of sunscreen and sun hats! The washer and dryer were so handy! There is also a covered parking space and driveway, and a gated side area, handy to store our bikes. There is no need for a car in key west, as you bike or walk everywhere! This house is half a block North of the quiet end of Duval in Old Town, centrally located to wonderful shopping, beaches, sights and wonderful restaurants. There is a security system and lock box for valuables. The owner's of the home were professional to work with, communication was easy, response times immediate. The home was clean and so well maintained. We thank Dean kindly for making our stay a fabulous, memorable family vacation."
