  • Very nice condo

"Condo was very nice and spacious, well kept, and comfortable beds. The condo was nicely located on the 2nd floor and close to the stairs as far as leaving the condo to go to the garage, pool, or beach. We didn't use the stove or dishwasher but the water pressure in the kitchen sink wasn't very good and the dryer doesn't dry very well. This condo is a good choice if you are there for a "family" vacation or have younger children. Our boys were 18 and it wasn't ideal for them, they wanted to be where the action was on Duval. The actual location of the condo is not super great if you want to visit Duval street daily mainly because of the commute and parking limitations on Duval. But actual location is good if you want to walk to the beach or spend time at the pool. Debbie was very pleasant to deal with leading up to leasing the condo as well. She was very accommodating by emailing us several things to see and do while visiting FL. The only pain was all the additional paperwork required to secure the lease."

  • Paradise has met it's match!

"We can't say enough about our week in your lovely home. We felt like guests in a home, rather than renters of a condo. Tastefully decorated, well stocked with the little extras such as beach towels, blow dryers, laundry options, etc. Things that we won't have to bring next time when we return! The property is a corner unit, so the outside space was just as charming. Truman's Annex is the only place to stay in our opinion, and this home hits on all cylinders. Proximity to everything, yet well insulated for peace and quiet. Nancy was extremely responsive and gracious. You won't be disappointed!!"

  • a fabulous month in a wonderful home.

"My wife and I arrived in the Blue Waters home on dec. 23. not knowing what to expect because we had never rented a house before and especially for a month. We were overjoyed at how nice the house was and how perfect it was for our needs. It has 3 excellent bedrooms , a great kitchen and dining area, 3 bathrooms including one downstairs on street level, tons of parking, on a beautiful canal, has a super bulkhead dock, two boat hoists, a great barbeque, tons of lounge chairs and any amenity you can think of. It is on a quiet street with nice neighbors and friendly residents. It is close enough to downtown Key West to make it easy to get in every day if you so wish but also far enough away to insulate you from the hubbub of KW. There are also excellent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood including a superb Italian restaurant that we ate in at least a half a dozen times. Just nearby is Florida Keys community college that puts on shows that we attended. There is also a public golf course 2 miles away that is reasonably priced after 3 PM. This house has everything (except a pool) that anyone could possibly want and we had a wonderful time and are coming back next year. We enjoyed it so much we booked next year before we even left this year."

  • Great Location!

"We spent a week at this condo and had a wonderful time! It is in a nice, quiet location. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves and beach-goers. The condo was well equipped, spacious, and clean. We appreciated the washer/dryer. The location wasn't far from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street, and was nice to return to at the end of a busy day in the crowds. It was gated and felt very safe for our family. The grounds were well kept, lush and beautiful. The nicest thing of all was dealing with the owner, Carol. We were kept well informed, and she was just an email or text away when we had questions. The highlight of our trip was a visit to the Dry Tortugas. It was costly, but well worth it. We hope to return someday. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Key West."
