"This property was immaculate and exceeded all expectations for what we were looking for our family vacation. We had several family members come to visit throughout our stay in Key West. They all raved about how wonderful the home was. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of just about everything. The neighborhood was great. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all our extended family. Excellent amenities and a gorgeous backyard with an huge pool. Shel Segel our property manager went over and above to make sure are vacation was one we would never forget. Anything we needed he was just a phone call away. Shel you are one of kind and we were blessed to have you as our property manager. Words can not describe how wonderful you are. I would also like to thank Alex from Last Key Realty for helping us find our vacation dream house. Our vacation started with you. You are absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. You found our perfect match. Our family we will cherish those memories forever. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to Key West and hopefully you will have the opportunity to work with Shel and Alex."

  • Beautiful large condo in the absolute perfect location!

"We’ll start out with the summary for those reading multiple reviews and need to go right to the bottom line. This year will be our 5th year in BJ’s beautiful hideaway, which is by far the greatest place we have stayed in over the 20 years we have be taking a yearly vacation to Key West. Everything we could possibly need is there; it is just like being at home. Add to that all the little surprise and delights like two bicycles, 2nd floor washer/dryer and a Keurig, and it just don’t get any better. As they say in the real estate world, Location, Location, Location! Walk just two blocks off the hustle and bustle of Duval St. and you enter into the quiet gated community of Truman Annex. Mallory Square with the nightly entertainment and sunsets is a few short blocks the other way. Anyone familiar with Key West knows you don’t want a car since there is nowhere to park, and getting a cab at the end of the evening is problematic. But you still have an assigned off-street parking space for when you need to drive to the supermarket or go sightseeing. And there is just something warm and fuzzy about staying in a totally renovated historic building, only steps from where Harry Truman used to vacation. If you’re looking for value, go no further. Sharing a condo with another couple is less expensive than a B&B. What would you rather have, a bedroom with its own bath, or a room with a shared bathroom down the hall? Then you have the entire first floor with living room, dinette, kitchen and half bath, which is about the same size as a 2BR/1BA unit in the Shipyard. BJ is always just a phone call away, whether it’s telling you where something is you can’t find, or helping you connect your computer to the internet."

  • Dancing Girls a Key West Adventure

"To begin . . . there are six of us, three married couples who have traveled together for many years. Our travel always includes beach, warm weather, and fun activities. We have experienced the "All Inclusive" resorts in Mexico, big ship cruising the Caribbean & Mediterranean seas, and several villas in lots of beautiful tropical places (from Mexico, Turks and Caicos, to Costa Rica). The last two years we have rented and truly enjoyed two very nice villas near St. Pete Beach in Florida. We love Florida! This year we wanted to experience something different, an adventure, but we still wanted to be in Florida. That's how we found ourselves renting Dancing Girls out of Key West. Captain George was easy to talk to and taught us a lot about sailing! Jo, his mate, was very helpful and knew her way around the boat! By the end of our sailing trip it felt like we were sailing with friends! The boat has four cabins, each with a bathroom. It was like camping, but with so many more amenities, we started calling it glamping (glamorous + camping = glamping)! George, your Catamaran was fantastic! Our sailing/snorkeling part of the week was amazing, a true adventure! We sailed to the Sand Reef, Dry Tortugas, an unforgettable place, and back to Key West. We experienced breathtaking sunsets, beautiful sunrises, and crystal clear warm waters filled with colorful fish. Oh my! We liked the facilities at the Key West Harbour, a lot (friendly people, nice restaurant, good food, huge pool, and a tiki hut)! We rented bikes that we rode all over Key West. It was a true adventure! Thank you Captain George and Jo, you made it memorable and I know we will be talking about this adventure for many years to come! You gave us your all! I am so glad we found you!!!"

  • Great Location in Key West! Have Recommended to Friends!

"Location! Location! Location! This updated historic "Conch" house is conveniently located within walking distance of Duval as well as the Seaport area. The beach is only a bike ride away. It is located in a quiet residential area. When returning back from a day of activity it is so nice to return and enjoy a drink and/or grilling by the pool in their private backyard. In the mornings we enjoyed having coffee on the porch. Once settled in, we walked and biked everywhere. Did not need our car at all. The house is cozy and feels like home as soon as you walk in. Appointed with all the amenities you could want. There are two bedrooms and a great little loft area. A big plus is having two bathrooms as many homes seem to only have one and a half in this area. We have stayed here twice and have recommended to friends that have also stayed at this wonderful property. The owners were wonderful to work with as well as their property managers."
