  • Beautiful, Comfortable Home in a Great Location!

"We just finished a 9 day stay at this home. It was just my husband and I, so we felt spoiled by having such a nice house and so much space to ourselves. The house is very well laid out, I can see it working well for two couples or for a large family. The private pool is small but perfect for cooling off after a morning or evening of exploring Old town Key West or other parts of the Keys (note the best sunshine on the patio is before 3), and the patio furniture is comfortable. There is a nice outdoor shower. The house is well stocked with towels, the kitchen has all that you need, and they even provide things like a cooler to take cold drinks to the beach. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the ceiling fans were wonderful to sleep under (in addition to the Ac on warm nights)....there are ceiling fans in every room. The home is decorated beautifully, but is till very comfortable. Lots of storage for clothing and other items you might bring with you. Appliances are all great - smart TVs, washer, dryer, oven, fridge, blender, micro, etc. The home is only a block away from Duval, but far enough that it is a quiet oasis. The front porch is a wonderful place to have an evening cocktail and watch the world go by. There is parking for one car and a safe place to store bikes. Across the street from the home is a little stand where they sell fresh fish (a fisherman's wife -Tomasita- sells his catch). We got some lobster and shrimp from them, both were very good (we bbq'd them). Fausto's is not too far away and is great for groceries (and try their pies...we had coconut cream and loved it). We tried many of the local restaurants and loved them...here are some that stand out: Siboney (great Cuban, right down the street, they also have take out), Santiago Bodega (Mediterranean), Cuban Coffee Queen (great cafe leche and breakfast sandwiches-they deliver!), Lattitudes (upscale place on Sunset Key, need reservations), Hot Tin Roof (at Mallory Square - great place to watch sunset). Last Kevin and Jim were wonderful hosts/owners. We were lucky enough to run into them on our first day (as well as a couple of other days while we were in town) and they were great about recommending restaurants, grocery stores and more... We loved staying at this home and would highly recommend it to others."

  • Unit is great with excellent customer service.

"The condo has recently been renovated with great finishes. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge, as is the kitchen and living area. Second bedroom and bath are standard size, but well appointed. Only 5 minutes from the airport and outside the busiest part of Key west. Nice pool area and sand area next to the beach. Common areas are well kept. Shannon did a great job meeting us at the room and showing us around the unit. She checked in a few times while we were there and had great suggestions. Great place for families."

  • Beautiful Condo, in excellant location in Truman Annex.

"We had a awesome stay! Excellent location, close to Duval St.. Condo is beautiful and pictures were very accurate. Caryn was easy to deal with helped me with my husbands birthday visit. Only thing I would suggest they invest in a new sofa as it is getting worn. Other than that the condo was clean and well taken care of. Thanks again for a great week."

  • Coconut Mallory is a tropical oasis!

"We enjoyed our first stay at Coconut Mallory and plan to return and share our wonderful experience at this property with others! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute drive to all the happenings on Duval Street and Mallory Square. From the drive in, the property itself is beautifully maintained, lush with tropical foliage and palm trees. This unit is exactly as pictured, and spotless! Elevator takes you up to the sprawling deck and patio, with great chairs to relax (drank coffee and read outside!) and a nice patio table set for sunset dinners. We walked in to a freshly cleaned home with brand new furniture, gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops with everything you'd need to make a meal, even blend yourself a good margarita! The space is open and relaxing, plenty of room to rest after a day of sightseeing on the comfortable couches with big flat screen television. The bedrooms are both large and spacious, all brand new furniture and each with walk out sliding doors to the balcony patio. Beds were super comfortable, and linens were luxurious. The master bathroom is impressive with the large Jacuzzi jetted tub (be sure to take a nice soak while you are here!) and rain shower in the large tiled shower. Two sinks made it easy for me to get ready while my husband was also washing up for the night out. The second bathroom is in the hallway immediately outside the 2nd bedroom, which made it extra convenient for the other couple who was with us to use. It has a nice tiled rain shower as well. The pool was clean and warm, just a few steps away from the unit. This property has two pools, but we chose to use the one right outside our unit. There were water toys floating in the pool for our use, and plenty of towels. Other guests prepared food on the large grill, which we contemplated using one night, but decided to take advantage of the local seafood instead. Coconut Mallory has a cute little bar on the water that serves cold beer and wine. Our bartender was a sweetheart, she made us feel right at home. It was a great way to unwind and relax at the end of a day of touring Duval Street. We walked along the dock by the boat slips and saw several nurse sharks, lobster, as well as many species of fish. Steve is a great property manager, quick to respond to your inquiry and has great follow up. Treat yourself...this unit will surpass your expectations; it is truly a tropical oasis!"
