  • Most enjoyable

"The house provided everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to all amenities. The bikes were an unexpected treat. We will return again soon!"

  • Beautiful Home

"Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. The decorations were wonderful. So unique! Being a collector of fish myself, I especially loved the great looking fish above the mantle. In fact we loved them so much we tracked down a gallery in Key West that sells fish done by that artist so I could add one to my own collection. The house was very warm and inviting. Beautifully updated and well maintained. It was nice having a pantry in the kitchen with space available to store our items. That has not been the case in many of the houses we have stayed at in the past. The neighborhood was a great place to go for walks and bike rides. It was located near some great places to eat. The screened porches were a highlight. We enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying the great weather without the bugs. We highly recommend the "When Pigs Fly" house."

  • Great August stay!!!

"We stayed for the whole month of August with two other couples and had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. The wifi was a little slow but did the job. The 50ft cement dock was great for our boat. The place could use a fillet station out back. The house is located at the back canal which only takes 10 minutes at idle speed to get out to the ocean. We recommend the Square Grouper a few miles away. A bit pricey but well worth the money. The No Name Pub was another favorite for us located on Big Pine Key. Only a 30 min drive to Key West was a plus. The backyard by the dock is very roomy to hold all of our dive gear and fishing equipment. The only negative I can say is, there was no place to lock up all of our gear but thankfully there were no problems. I would recommend this place and will definitely rent here again. The property manager Sheri was great. She responded to me whenever I had questions about the property."

  • Great Place

"We stayed for 8 days and brought our boat. The dock was in excellent shape and navigating the channels out to the ocean was easy. Great location to boat to many places. There was plenty of space to park the boat trailer after putting the boat in at the marina the next key over. The house was in good shape with extra towels, linens, etc. The freezer does not make ice but buying ice was inexpensive and if I would have remembered I would have bought ice trays at the Kmart where we stopped for more sunscreen as the freezer was very cold. The AC system worked great (critical for summer in Florida). WiFi and basic cable worked with no issues. Lots of room for family or friends. The washer and dryer were in the guest bath making laundry very convenient. We enjoyed the property very much. We would stay here again."
