  • Third Time is A Charm

"This was our third visit, before leaving the property we reserved our dates for 2017. The location is so private and quite and close enough to Key West, yet far enough away. Fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. The house is very well maintained and the sunsets never disappoint. If you are looking for a great get away, this is the place for you. Craig and Becky"

  • Spectacular Home with amazing views!

"My husband and I escaped the northeast for a month's stay at this beautiful home. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including a gourmet kitchen with views from every room, plus a heated pool. We had family with grandkids join us who took over the totally separate downstairs apartment - great for families with different sleeping schedules. It would also work wonderfully for families with teenagers - 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs for the adults, and the kids downstairs in their own space! The home is beautifully decorated with a modern twist, very comfortable furniture and a totally tropical color scheme. What can I say about the outside except spectacular views and sunsets. Tiki hut with picnic table seating; lounge chairs and umbrella poolside; plus tons of seating all around the house with great views in every direction. Easy access to the bay is provided by a ladder and we enjoyed many days out on the water in the provided kayaks and 2 easy to use paddle boards. Also provided are 3 Electra Townie bikes to use on the abundant bike trails - most off road - right there on Sugarloaf. Great restaurants nearby; very private location with beautiful landscaping. The owners will be making a better docking area for your boat, up to 24', I believe, but since we didn't have our boat this year, not something we were concerned with. At any rate, you will not be disappointed if you get into this piece of paradise!"

  • WOW WOW WOW

"What a an amazing experience! The sunsets are worth the price of admission! Beautiful home, open spaces inside, beautiful views and on the Ocean with a large heated swimming pool. The ocean front backyard with the pool is more private than any property we have sceseen in the Keys! The backyard has multiple places to hang out; pool side, dock, off the dining room with very comfortable seating and a large patio table. More than adequate amenities. Fun places nearby, and although only 15 mins from the noisy activity of down town, it is a quiet residential neighborhood. Will be coming back!"

  • Chillin on a dirt road

"Well this was my first vacation in 8 years, this place was awesome it starts out with a 3rd of a mile dirt road with absolutely NO neighbors at all, if you stand on your tippy toes you can see the sun set every night , bring a boat or rent one($150) a day, I did, bring a golf cart and you can ride all around the local streets checking out other properties, great front and back porches for chillin in the sun, I ate out everywhere everynight"
