  • Great!!

"The O'Brien girls had a great time. Loved the place. Very quiet. Lovely views. After fun nights on Duvall St, we could have a peaceful morning. There is a lot of construction going on & the roof was being redone which could bother some people, it didn't bother us. We just figured, work needs to get done sometime. The roofing project may have interferred with the internet. We couldn't connect the last couple of days....but that was minor. We would definitely come back. Thanks for sharing your place."

  • Breathtaking Ocean Views

"This was our home for three months-Jan, Feb and March. We have been coming to the lower Keys over the past eight years and typically run the roads most of the time going into Key West. That was not the case this year.....with the spectacular ocean views and warm pool we never wanted to leave! The house is just blocks from The Square Grouper (now TripAdvisor's best restaurant in the Keys-and we totally agree). Also within a short walk is Fanci's Seafood Market. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for our morning and evening long walks with our dogs. The house is on a large lot and with privacy. The backyard is now fenced which is not shown in the photo. There was also plenty of room to park our 38 ft motor home. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in porch - as did our dogs! Ours was the house where our friends gathered nightly for happy hour and to watch the amazing sunsets! The owners, Barbara and Jim, are very responsive-a storm blew out a screen on the porch and it was fixed immediately-the oven stopped working and first thing the next morning the repairman was there(surprising for the Keys). The kitchen was well equipped-including two slow cookers which came in handy during our Super Bowl party. This house was perfect for us and the owners are very accommodating - Barbara also makes the most delicious key lime pie! We have found our home in the Keys!"

  • Great Condo for experiencing Key West

"We decided to reconnect with some old friends through a KW getaway. This Condo was perfect for 3 couples that wanted to relax and explore KW! It was spacious and has all the amenities to just show up, relax and enjoy. The location was a perfect hub for a short walk to Southernmost Cafe, easy bike to Duval Street (Captain Tony's), short taxi ride to Schooners Wharf, and a short distance to Smathers Beach (& parasailing :). We took advantage of the bicycle delivery to the Condo, too. It was our primary transportation for this visit! You could fill the morning with sightseeing/exercise and the evening on Duval; yet, still 'disconnect' & relax poolside in the afternoon. Donna is terrific with providing all the amenities and information/recommendations that you need before/during your stay. We would recommend this Condo to any family/friends that wanted to spend some quality time together and experience KW! Look forward to our next visit!"

  • Three months spent in paradise!

"My husband and I are both retired and spent January through March at this fabulous oceanfront location. The kitchen is large and modern. It is fully equipped with a great variety of pots, pans, utensils and every kind of gadget imaginable. The entire home is delightfully decorated in a combination of nautical and Key Westy style. My husbands favorite is the huge marble carving of a hammerhead shark that stands in the living room next to the huge full length panoramic sliding glass doors that offer a million dollar view of the ocean with the dolphin often having fun playing so close you have no need to zoom your camera in. The huge overhead shaded and open wrap around deck with its cooling sea breeze is my favorite place to relax with a book or utilize the convenient BBQ gas grill in the evening. Our teenage grandkids, who visited for four days had so much fun fishing off the private dock and kayaking out to the nearby islands, they would have rather stayed a few more days instead of continuing onto Disney World as planned. With Key West only 25 minutes drive to the south or Marathon the same distance north and everything in between, you will never have want of things to do. Jan, the owner, is most friendly and accommodating."
