The Oceans of Amelia vacation rentals

Everything was great. Just the place we needed. Would stay again and recommend highly for larger families or groups of friends looking to stay together. The bunk room was a hit for our teenage girls.

We had a fantastic week on the beach and the condo was conveniently located on the beach, near the park and a short drive to town. Perfect for our family.

This condo is located on a quiet part of the beach. Sunrise is beautiful and the beach is lovely. Location is not far from the historic district

1st stay on Amelia Island! Our Oceanview stay was very clean and well accessed to everything!! Loved Amelia Island!!♥️ Condo was perfect!!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this first-floor condo unit at Oceans of Amelia. Parking, pool, and beach access are on the ground level. Stairs or elevator are needed to access this first-floor unit. The condo building looked reasonably maintained, there was staff and contractors onsite performing routine maintenance. The condo unit had all of the furnishings we needed. Some features and fixtures are becoming worn and tired in appearance, but overall, we settled in nicely and enjoyed our stay. We shared a list of items to cure and address with the leasing company upon departure. The dunes do not obscure the view of the ocean, but do obscure sunbather, which may be a good thing!
