  • Perfect Location!

"We loved our stay at this condo in Atlantis on Amelia. The location is perfect! We were close to all the shops and restaurants and the beach was in our backyard! We enjoyed being on the ground floor where we could leave our sandy things outside on the deck and not trail sand inside when we came home from the beach. There was a TON of space inside. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit was dated, but clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The owner and property managers were great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be coming again!"

  • Wonderful

"Our family recently spent a week at Oceans of Amelia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the condo was wonderful - the layout was perfect for a family of 4, the beach access was great, the reserved parking spot was much appreciated, the location was great in that it was so close to Fernandina, etc. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking to stay right on the beach and hope to return again next year!"

  • BEAUTIFUL CONDO! BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!

"First let me say you will not be disappointed at this condo. The condo was clean and everything worked like it was supposed to do. Except for the lights - they kept flickering - BUT when you open up the balcony door and the windows, there were plenty of sunlight! You will want to do this even though the view wasn't the beach. You got the view of the golf course which itself it pretty relaxing to me. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We had to go out and buy a cutting board and a set of tongs. Not sure if previous families just use the beautiful granite countertops, but they looked so nice I couldn't do it. The location of the condo is on the third floor tucked in the corner - very quiet and relaxing. I was amazed at how quiet it was. We didn't hear anything - not even our next door neighbor through the walls. Further, this condo is on the Omni Amelia Plantation. Very beautiful place itself. You have trails, you have a small but beautiful shopping strip just about 5 mins walking distance, you have the beach just a 2-3 min walk, and the golf course right there. Fernandina Beach is about 5 mins drive and Jacksonville is about 25-30 minutes drive. The beach was not overcrowded like most beaches. The sand is nice, white, and soft. For those looking for things to do, you are not far (within a 20 min drive away) from the Talbot National Parks, Cumberland Island Tour (this is a must do!), Fort Clinch, Kingsley Plantation. Take a stroll around St. Augustine, its a well worth 40-45 minutes drive."

  • Very happy with this condo

"We walked in the door and knew we would love this condo. The first thing you see is the ocean through the big windows in the living area. Bedroom and balcony have the same great view--dunes, sea grass, ocean--no clutter. The condo was clean, well-furnished and maintained, the kitchen relatively well-equipped, the bed very comfortable, and everything we needed in terms of beach gear and bedding (thanks for the light blankets in the closet!) was provided. It was very peaceful and quiet, at least at this time of year. Both the owner and the on-site agent were extremely responsive and helpful. We did not take advantage of the amenities of the complex, including pool (unheated), tennis courts, etc., but they all appeared attractive and well-maintained. This part of the island is quieter--the town of Fernandina Beach with its very pretty historic district, restaurants, etc., is an easy 10-15 minute drive away--so people who want to be right in the middle of things might wish to be further north, but for those who mostly want to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beach, this location was perfect. We would happily rent this unit again."
