  • Fantastic beach rental!

"We just spent a week at this property to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. We were blown away by how fantastic the place was! The decor was even nicer than in the photos and the view was amazing! When they said they provide everything they weren't kidding-even down to bodywash and shampoo! My husband and I are both chefs and the quality of pots/pans and knives was great to work with-better than in any other property we've ever stayed at. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy! Just a few steps out the door and you're on your way down to the beach which was beautiful, clean and uncrowded (we were there the 2nd week of August). The entire booking process was easy and the owners replied immediately to any emails I sent prior to our stay. I cannot praise the property and the owners enough for an absolutely perfect vacation!"

  • Great for a girlfriend getaway

"Three friends rented the house for a week, and had a very nice time there. It is well-configured for friends, multiple couples, or families. The beautiful beaches are a very short walk, as is the pool. The street is very quiet and there is limited noise from busier Amelia Island Parkway to the rear. A shaded walking/biking path is right there, and goes all the way from the Ritz-Carlton (to the north of the house) to the island's southern tip along the Parkway and A-1A. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. in the garage. If it were my house, I would also provide some new beach chairs in a mix of heights for younger and older renters. That said, the place could use a good exterior neatening up, and an interior updating and freshening up, thus my rating. If you rent here, I would highly recommend a day trip to Cumberland Island (look at the website before you commit) especially if you are a hiker, a walking tour of historic downtown Fernandina Beach, and a dinner at Espana in Fernandina, along with dinner by the water at Brett's. Bicyclists will enjoy the area as well. This was my third stay on Amelia, and my second in the Summer Beach area, which, while most communities are gated as this one is, doesn't feel as self-contained as the Plantation."

  • Hootie Hoo girls

"Me and 11 other ladies stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and comfortable . I don't think anyone had any complaints . That's saying a lot with that many women.😊 I would definitely stay there again."

  • Clean, quiet and very relaxing

"We really enjoyed our stay at Amelia Landing. This condo was very clean and comfortable - even the sleeper sofa. This was our annual girls trip (3 ladies in our 50s) and we had a great time. We take this trip away from our normal hectic lives to relax and that is exactly what we did. The condo was close to everything, the community was quiet and the pool was awesome. I guess being the time of year, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. You can't go wrong booking this unit."
