  • Lovely place!

"The location is perfect. This unit is a quick walk to the beach but set back from the busy street. We walked to dinner at two different restaurants but there are a few more within walking distance. The complex is small and quiet with a lovely pool area. We had all of the comforts of home and especially enjoyed sitting out on the huge screened in porch sipping on beachy drinks! Bob was helpful and easy to work with! My first visit was a girls getaway but I look forward to going back with my husband and family! Amelia island is a gem!"

  • A Joyful Week All Around

"We loved the condo! So roomy and bright and beautiful. I slept like a baby on the wonderful bed with that Stearns and Foster mattress. So much so, I am going to put it on my 'must do' list for the near future. Thanks to both Brenda and Robert Jackson for this lovely place that they have. Well kept, well stocked, we lacked for nothing. We went for late night dips in the pool which was so easy to get to, being it was right outside our patio door. Then just a few more steps to the beach. We got lucky and we had mostly sunshine all week; the beach in September is serene and beautiful. We are putting this condo on our short list for next year, for sure! All the restaurants were great- we ate mostly seafood, so they were all super (Timoti's, The Salty Pelican, Crab Trap, Mariner) and a great Italian dinner at Ciao! Came home with wonderful memories and loads of great photos of the beach sunsets!"

  • Would definitely book again or refer to a friend

"I along with 12 other individuals booked this town-home for a wedding we were in. The bridal party all wanted to be together and this was the perfect place for that! Plenty of space so we could all be together but also have alone time as well. This was a gated community which made me feel very relaxed and safe. It was nice to only be a few minutes away from the bride a groom's new home as well. Our Property Manager, Summer was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again and I know the rest of a bridal party feels the same!"

  • Perfect for our needs!

"The 1930's Beach Cottage in Fernandina Beach, while quaint and small, is full of charm! The immaculate cottage is well-maintained and has everything we need. Towels, linens, and even beach toys for the kiddos are all here. The kitchen is well-appointed if you are inclined to cook. The view is beautiful, and the porch is great for afternoon and evening ocean- and stargazing. Just a short walk across the dunes brings you to the beach, and the outdoor shower is convenient. We love watching dolphins frolic in the surf as we relax. While you are there, don't miss the historic Marina Restaurant, frequented by the locals and offering fresh, local seafood. Tasty's has great hamburgers, and be sure you try their milkshakes! Jim and his family are quite proud of the family history represented in this cottage, and love answering questions about the area. Without being intrusive, their friendly service makes us feel right at home. They try to ensure that your stay is pleasant and relaxed. We love coming to this pleasant cottage and hope to enjoy it for years to come!"
