  • Beautiful condo! Fantastic visit to Amelia Island!

"Brenda's condo is wonderful! Was immaculately clean when I arrived. It is nicely furnished and well maintained. And as mentioned by other reviewers, kitchen is well supplied for meal preparation. Slept like a baby which is unusual for me away from home... I credit it to the great mattress. I had just a couple of quick questions for Brenda during my stay, and she was quick to respond. Beach area is just steps away as is the pool. Amelia Island is a lovely resort town, and the historic downtown a nice excursion for a morning or afternoon with a good variety of restauants in walking distance. I tried The Happy Tomato and Timoti's Seafood Shack -- would recommend both. I hope to return to Amelia Island and Brenda's condo on a future vacation!"

  • We were very impressed with the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere of the entire complex.

"We found the unit exactly as described and represented in the photos, except the grill (would have been nice to know beforehand that it's not available). The condo was clean, well-stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, baths and entertainment-wise. There were plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, and serving dishes. It was especially nice that previous guests had left things like spices, leftover dry goods, like rice, lentils, even margarita salt! The beds and furniture were in good condition and comfortable. There were also plenty of cleaning products and paper products so you can clean up as you go. We found the beach equipment and sand toys wonderful as we had our 4 yr old grandson come stay for a few days. The beach was wonderful and there are so many places to go and things to do on the island that you don't have to "cross the big bridge" until you have to go home. We plan to come back again if the island survived Hurricane Mathew, and we would definitely recommend Summer Beach Resort."
