  • Beachy get away

"This delightful house is conveniently located for exploring the Amelia Island area. The public beach access is just a short walk away. It is close to grocery, drug, coffee shop and other such needs. It is a short drive to the old town section of Fernandina Beach. A day-trip to St. Augustine is easily available by following the scenic A1A. The house has all the conveniences needed for an extended stay and beach experience. The traffic noise from the busy street that runs in front of the house can become rather annoying while trying to relax on the deck overlooking the ocean. We really enjoyed the Cumberland Island Tour cruise and exploring the many shops in Fernandina Beach. Great breakfast/brunch was available at Ms. Carolyn's, fantastic burgers at T-Rays, and great Cuban sandwiches and coffee at Hola Cuban Cafe."

  • Fabulous Villa

"The villa is very attractively and comfortably decorated. Instructions and suggestions are spot on, and helpful. The roominess of the property makes it very convenient for a sizeable family to enjoy and have personal space if needed. The kitchen is especially well equipped. The owners were very pleasant and very kind. I would choose this property again without even considering others nearby,"

  • What a beautiful discovery!

"My 10-day stay at the Pink Sofa was most enjoyable. The condo is decorated with taste, cozy, functional and very clean; location is great (2 minute walk from beach and 10 minute bike from downtown Fernandina). Everything is organized to feel at home. It has been love at first sight. Bike on the beach and its surroundings: Egan's Creek, Fort Clinch which was a great discovery and wonderful downtown Fernandina which offers so many good restaurants. I hope to come back and share this little corner of paradise with all those that I love (parents, cousins, friends). And don't miss the market every saturday mornings in the center of Fernandina."

  • Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Beach

"We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house that was full of charm! The upstairs especially with its dark wood is really beautiful and the house is spacious without being pretentious. So close to the beach and unspoiled by commercial property. We will definitely be going back!"
