  • Family Graduation

"We recently traveled to Amelia Island for our niece's graduation. This condo was wonderful! It was very nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect. We cooked out by the pool, visited Ft.Clinch and the beach. Everyone we talked to at the condo complex were very nice and friendly. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the deer. Perfect trip and a perfect place to stay!"

  • We'll be back again!

"This home was extremely comfortable to stay in and spacious enough everyone had their own space. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can't ask for a better resort location. We highly recommend renting a golf cart so that all the amenities of the resort are easy to get to and parking is easier for a golf cart at all the beach access locations than a full size vehicle. Also within walking distance or a 1 minute golf cart ride is top notch marsh fishing and blue crab trapping. We will definitely be back!"

  • GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT AREA!

"This house was clean, well-stocked with linens, spacious and PERFECT for my family of 4. It's just across an easily crossed road (not a lot of traffic) from public access to the beach. It was also really easy to go everywhere. My husband enjoys walking and had a beautiful walk to, through and back from Fort Clinch State Park. Downtown with all the lovely shops and restaurants was a five-minute drive (Salty Pelican, Timoti's, Pablo's we're all wonderful (great food / service) for family dinners with two younger teenagers), and there's a swim / surf shop a block away with anything we needed for beach items we'd otherwise forgotten. The kitchen was also well-stocked with utensils / pots / pans / dishes. We also enjoyed a lovely boat trip with Amelia River Cruises. The owner / manager, Rhona, was also very accessible and helpful. Loved this house and will try to return as soon as possible."
