  • Perfect Vacation Rental

"I couldn’t agree more with the previous reviews. This place is great! Very convenient, quiet and a feeling of peace and privacy. The balcony off the living room is secluded by trees and the perfect place to hang out. The complex is very well kept and while I’m sure the pool is a great hit during the hotter months, we played tennis with the rackets we found in the unit. Fun! We spent just about the whole month of November including Thanksgiving weekend. Some of that time it was just the two of us, but during the Holiday weekend we had some of the family in the two beds in the second bedroom. It was quite comfortable. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was easy in the well-stocked kitchen."

  • Good week

"House was nice ,stocked well with towels and sheets. Our only problem and it was a big one was the walk to beach the house needs a wooden walk way...sand hot hot and critters on path. I would stay again if beach access better."

  • Lovely Place

"We stayed at this condo for 3 days and it was a lovely place. Very clean and comfortable, with all the necessities of home provided. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook (if you wanted to). Ample seating in living room including bean bags for kids. Extra touches like cozy blankets to snuggle in at night when watching a movie. Enough towels in the bathroom and a pretty light to leave on at night. Although swimming was not on the agenda in December, we were able to take the chairs and cooler provided to the beach and have a picnic which was very nice indeed. There are many restaurant choices in all price ranges, and only 15 minutes away from the historic district on Amelia Island. If you love nature, check out Fort Clinch or Big Talbot Island State park for hiking. Would definitely recommended to family and friends. And thanks to Lisa who made the whole booking process easy and provided all the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay."
