  • Clean, Quiet, NICE!

"I had a 2-day workshop coming up in Fernindina Bch & the condo we (2 of us) were planning on staying in cancelled due to family emergency. The night (9:30PM) before we were to depart we were scrambling via computer to find a 2 BR/2BA place to stay near the beach for 3 nights. I found "Serene" & even had to call the owner (sorry, I woke her up!!) in Michigan to get some answers. We were so pleasantly surprised by the condo. It was in a quiet location & near the beach..... everything we needed. There were supplies for the beach, books to read, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, close-by parking. Just great! Thanks Kristin for squeezing us in at the last minute & for such a lovely condo! Jan & Mary Ann"

  • We love staying at this condo!

"We returned to condo for our third stay over the past few years. This second story condo has gorgeous views from the balcony and is just steps from the beach and ocean. The accommodations are comfortable and welcoming with everything you would need to rest and relax. The Ritz-Carlton is an easy stroll and has great restaurants and amenities of which we take advantage. We highly recommend this property. Lester and Laurie S."

  • Exquisite Umbrian hilltown experience

"We wisely returned to George's home after a 16-year absence; that delay in returning to Todi will not be made again; we will be back with family ( home sleeps 7 comfortably) within the next year or two. Recent posters have accurately lauded George's home; it is a pleasure. George has a genuine love of Todi, his home, and Umbria, that is unsurpassed. He is all about his guests experiencing the food, beauty, and tranquility of Todi and Umbria. Todi is a perfectly located base from which to explore by day-trip any number of thoroughly intriguing Umbrian (and adjoining Regions) towns....Cortona, Orvieto, Montefalco, Amelia, Perugia, Siena, Gubbio, etc. (Ristorante Umbria, located immediately off of Todi's City Square, is not to be missed). If you are looking for the hard-to-capture feel of the 15th century, combined with modern amenities, this Todi home is for you and your loved ones. Note: The EMI supermarket, a quick 5-minute drive from Todi's city centre walls, can provide an array of quality food to be enjoyed at George's backyard dining table, that offers an incredible view of the Valley below. Hard to beat!!"

  • Omni Amelia Island- Beach Walker

"My husband & I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. It was our 1st trip with our dog & we all had a blast! The beach is beautiful & the place was very spacious for the 3 of us! As you may see on other reviews, the kitchen is a small galley style, but that was not an issue for us. It is a very short walk to the beach. This building sits right behind the other on the beach front & shares parking, etc. We had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet & within a few hours it was replaced & good to go. Thanks, Ryan! And thank you all for making our experience wonderful at your beach rental!!"
