  • Wonderful week

"This condo is a wonderful choice when staying in Amelia Island. The canopied drive leading to entrance is beautiful and opens up to well kept and nice, relaxed complex. Unit b107 itself is warm and inviting, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked but not cramped with just the right extras - beach towels, chairs, toys, as well as books, board games, extra blankets and pillows. The unit itself is just off the pool and steps from boardwalk to beach but tucked just enough out of the way to afford some privacy. The owner was immediately available by phone when I had a question and was eager to help. We would stay here again and recommend without reservation."

  • Wonderful

"Our family recently spent a week at Oceans of Amelia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the condo was wonderful - the layout was perfect for a family of 4, the beach access was great, the reserved parking spot was much appreciated, the location was great in that it was so close to Fernandina, etc. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking to stay right on the beach and hope to return again next year!"

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"We enjoyed our time at this comfortable, well-appointed end unit condo. Fabulous view, exceptionally clean, comfortable furnishings and great decor. We enjoyed several local restaurants, including Davids. The small cafe/deli/bakery/wine/cheese shop " Marche Burrette" was lovely; the food was fresh and local. On our drive in, we stopped at the Brazilian Barbecue, "Espeto", and I am sorry we didn't find the time to return. I would definitely rent this unit again. It felt like "home". Our grown son was able to join us for 3 days and found the number of TV channels remarkable. :)"

  • Perfect for our needs!

"The 1930's Beach Cottage in Fernandina Beach, while quaint and small, is full of charm! The immaculate cottage is well-maintained and has everything we need. Towels, linens, and even beach toys for the kiddos are all here. The kitchen is well-appointed if you are inclined to cook. The view is beautiful, and the porch is great for afternoon and evening ocean- and stargazing. Just a short walk across the dunes brings you to the beach, and the outdoor shower is convenient. We love watching dolphins frolic in the surf as we relax. While you are there, don't miss the historic Marina Restaurant, frequented by the locals and offering fresh, local seafood. Tasty's has great hamburgers, and be sure you try their milkshakes! Jim and his family are quite proud of the family history represented in this cottage, and love answering questions about the area. Without being intrusive, their friendly service makes us feel right at home. They try to ensure that your stay is pleasant and relaxed. We love coming to this pleasant cottage and hope to enjoy it for years to come!"
