  • Great little beach retreat :-)

"The condo was a great place to have a ladies getaway retreat. We had so much fun on the Island. Beautiful area, great access to the beach, wonderful people, excellent and fun shopping and sightseeing. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be coming back. :-)"

  • Our stay at the beach

"James is a great host and will help any way possible. Our stay was a month and we found the cabin to be very comfortable with some of the best ocean views. The front porch faces the ocean and is a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. This was our 2nd year here and will not be our last."

  • Great condo in a great location

"We loved our recent stay here. Myself and five others were very comfortable and the condo is well stocked. I loved that it had an outside water source which was perfect for spraying off after the beach. A short walk to the beach or drive to Peter's Pointe (which we did most days since you can drive onto the beach) . It is also close to the Fernandina historical area and Fort Clinch. Lauren was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definately consider staying at this condo again."

  • Exquisite Umbrian hilltown experience

"We wisely returned to George's home after a 16-year absence; that delay in returning to Todi will not be made again; we will be back with family ( home sleeps 7 comfortably) within the next year or two. Recent posters have accurately lauded George's home; it is a pleasure. George has a genuine love of Todi, his home, and Umbria, that is unsurpassed. He is all about his guests experiencing the food, beauty, and tranquility of Todi and Umbria. Todi is a perfectly located base from which to explore by day-trip any number of thoroughly intriguing Umbrian (and adjoining Regions) towns....Cortona, Orvieto, Montefalco, Amelia, Perugia, Siena, Gubbio, etc. (Ristorante Umbria, located immediately off of Todi's City Square, is not to be missed). If you are looking for the hard-to-capture feel of the 15th century, combined with modern amenities, this Todi home is for you and your loved ones. Note: The EMI supermarket, a quick 5-minute drive from Todi's city centre walls, can provide an array of quality food to be enjoyed at George's backyard dining table, that offers an incredible view of the Valley below. Hard to beat!!"
