  • Fabulous Historic Home

"We stayed in Linda's wonderful home in the historic district of Amelia Island known as Fernandina Beach. We loved the location we could easily walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is beautiful surrounded by historic homes on large and lush properties. It is a quiet neighborhood. The house has a creaky charm as it is over 100 years old, however it is very well furnished and very comfortable. The main floor has an extention TV room with a wrap around couch which is very comfortable if you feel like staying home and watching movies. I guess the proof is in the pudding as we are booked to go again for another month in 2017. Sincerely Charles and Liz"

  • Magnificent condo! Quiet location!

"I was honored to be the first to stay in this beautiful condo on Summer Beach on Amelia Island & near Fernandina Beach. Upon entering, the decor made me smile and it immediately felt like home! The bright colors were fun and cheerful and yet the tones were calming. The kitchen had everything needed for a short or lengthy stay: dishes, serving platters, bake and cookware, toaster, blender and even chip clips! The 3-seat bar is next to the round kitchen table with modern light fixture and oversized whicker chairs. Both bathrooms were clean and fresh towels were waiting. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an additional adorable vanity with sink to sit and get "made up" for the day. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The living room has a comfy sectional sofa, large screen TV, DVD player and stereo system for inside entertainment while the big feature is the beach just outside the sliding doors off of both the master and living room. Just a short walk over a bridge and across the dunes, the ocean awaits. Great shell finding (at least 16 varieties I could identify) and bird watching (6 species). W/D I visited the area seeking solitude, peace and quiet, save for the rythmic roll of the waves, and that is exactly what I found! I look forward to staying at this property again! P.S. The owners were very helpful and attentive during my entire stay."

  • Incredible Experience!

"My husband and I were truly amazed as we opened the front door and were welcomed by an incredible view of the beach. The villa was perfect! The view from the living room and bedroom were incredible! Even though the weather was cooler (since we went in January), we couldn't help be sit out on the balcony snuggled under some blankets, enjoying the beautiful view. The villa was well equipped with everything that you might need for your stay. Everything was well labeled and information was given for anything that you might need to know. It felt like home away from home. Very welcoming and made our short getaway very special. Thank you Mark & Tannya for an incredible experience and wonderful memories that we will never forget!!"

  • Great little house!

"We very much enjoyed our (long) stay at Cozy Elm! The house is as described : very clean, confortable, nothing fancy but very welcoming. It is well located in a quiet area, close to amenities (including a real fish market and the farmer's market), historic neighborhood, beautiful beaches and various national parks to explore. We especially appreciated the screened back porch and the outside shower. Having two bicycles as well as a few beaches items was also very accommodating."
