  • Great family vacation!!!

"The condo is very nice, and very well stocked with the necessary essentials. The grounds are very nice and well kept. It was very quit and peaceful. We appreciated the fact that Debra was so accommodating to our crazy work schedules and allowed us to schedule mid-week to mid-week. The walk to the beach was alittle more than we expected with all the steps that we encountered even with the previous reviews we weren't expecting quite that much ... but we went to the beach every day, needless to say it didn't stop us. We did appreciate the wagon/beach cart that Debra made available along with all the other beach items. We had an issue while we were there but contacted Debra and she had it resolved in a very timely manner. The condo is handy to the grocery story... We loved exploring the downtown area and all the shops and restaurants. We would like to return some day ."

  • Great condo in a great location

"We loved our recent stay here. Myself and five others were very comfortable and the condo is well stocked. I loved that it had an outside water source which was perfect for spraying off after the beach. A short walk to the beach or drive to Peter's Pointe (which we did most days since you can drive onto the beach) . It is also close to the Fernandina historical area and Fort Clinch. Lauren was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definately consider staying at this condo again."

  • ADORABLE, QUIET, PEACEFUL, RETREAT

"I was lucky enough to find this cozy hidden gem in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Walking distance to down town to all the wonderful restaurants, and to the live theater. Boat dockage and charter fishing about 5 or 6 blocks away, plus Brets waterfront restaurant. TV and internet worked flawlessly. Only wished there was a tv in the master bedroom. Local beaches are a short ride by bikes which are provided or about a 5 minutes car ride. I stayed with my small dog and cat which they were very happy and content the entire time in the cottage and on the screened porch. I walked the dog twice a day as they're are sidewalks on most streets. If you take the trolley tour you will appreciate those walks more as you will notice more of the local history. I did like that when I arrived the kitchen glass top table in the photos had been replaced with a wooden dining table, I think that was a plus. The bathrooms were very very clean. I did not cook at the cottage as I ate out the entire time except for snacks. Although they're were many food spices and such that you would hardly have to buy much in that line of items. So I can't speak much on the kitchen, but the wine glasses were very nice and the dishwasher worked very well, as did the washer and dryer. I hope we will be able to stay here again in 2016."

  • Perfect Beach Vacation

"We loved staying at this beautiful oceanfront condo on Amelia Island. With 3 kids aged 16, 12 and 8, we have outgrown hotel rooms. After a day on the beach or swimming in the pools, we had plenty of space for all 5 of us to read/watch tv in the sitting room, play cards in the dining area or watch the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and was near fine dining, golf, tennis and a short drive to downtown Fernandina. We highly recommend booking this lovely condo for a perfect beach vacation!"
