  • Lovely Place

"We stayed at this condo for 3 days and it was a lovely place. Very clean and comfortable, with all the necessities of home provided. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook (if you wanted to). Ample seating in living room including bean bags for kids. Extra touches like cozy blankets to snuggle in at night when watching a movie. Enough towels in the bathroom and a pretty light to leave on at night. Although swimming was not on the agenda in December, we were able to take the chairs and cooler provided to the beach and have a picnic which was very nice indeed. There are many restaurant choices in all price ranges, and only 15 minutes away from the historic district on Amelia Island. If you love nature, check out Fort Clinch or Big Talbot Island State park for hiking. Would definitely recommended to family and friends. And thanks to Lisa who made the whole booking process easy and provided all the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay."

  • Great Vacation area!

"Thank You Nancy for being so accommodating! We had a great time; the unit was nice and roomy and very clean, pool area was very nice, and just a short walk out to the beach! Went downtown to Centre Street twice- it is a must do!"

  • Beach Balcony Bliss

"As a corner unit, the condo offered the benefit of an extra wide view of the ocean, complete with a stunning sunrise every morning. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with and thorough with instructions and suggestions on what to do and where to eat. (She has a LARGE binder of menus, activities, etc.) The complex is quiet and only a short drive to restaurants, etc. Our grown kids were has happy as we were."

  • Great location and pet friendly, too

"We had a good stay at this property. It's a relatively spacious, two-bedroom/two-bath condo. It is very close to the main Omni hotel complex, and several of the condos in the building are maintained by Omni. As a renter, you are able to access the Omni amenities, such as the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The access to the beach is fantastic--although this is somewhat removed from the Omni operated beach, it is just a couple of minutes away. We are always grateful to have a nice place to share with our Havanese, so that was the biggest plus for us. Both bedrooms were very roomy. Decor is pleasant but finishes are somewhat dated. The Master bedroom bath was a little odd. There is a separate dressing area, which is nice, but the actual room with toilet and shower is claustrophobic, especially if you are taller than 5' 10". The kitchen had the necessary basics and there was a laundry room, which was most helpful. The furnishings are all comfortable, and the beds were excellent. Our highest marks go to the owners who were unbelievably responsive to every question we had."
