  • Convenient and clean

"I'll not stay anywhere else! The apartment space was clean, well decorated and the beds were VERY comfortable. It was a very short walk to a beach access, and we were right by the pool/tennis courts. It was nice to have amenities such as a washer/dryer, beach wagon, and boogie board as well. My family and I love this not too commercialized part of Florida and hope to return."

  • Great Condo - We'll be back

"This is a gorgeous property. Very spacious. Even though there were 8 of us, we had plenty of room. The living room and kitchen were open with plenty of setaing. Loved the decorations. We drove to the island in the middle of a storm, but Rhona had the place ready for us with extra flashlights for all three levels. It is across the street from the beach but it is right next to public beach access, so getting to the beach was not a problem at all. There were lots of chair and beach toys in the garage for use if desired. The kitchen was stocked with several of the basics (sugar, coffee, filters, some seasoning) which was a nice suprise. My only recommendation would be to add a few beach towels. Overall great stay - thank you Rhona!"

  • PERFECT

"We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this house. We planned this getaway to celebrate my sister-in-law's 50th birthday. There were 13 of us ranging in age from 18-88 and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat, socialize together and have fun. The large kitchen/family room area easily accomodated all of us comfortably and there was also another large area off the kitchen to relax. The elevator really helped with those who could not do the flights of stairs, and for others the trips up and down the stairs made us feel like we were getting exercise without much effort. The kitchen was well-equipped and the long kitchen table was great for playing games and cards together. Each day we packed up the carts and walked across the street to the beach. It was a beautiful weekend and the house was perfect! We talked about doing it again sometime in the future."

  • Relaxing Week

"We love this place!! The only way to get closer to the beach is to sleep on a sand dune. Enjoyed the week so much. We had everything we needed to cook at the duplex. We went to Mayport twice for fabulous shrimp from the seafood market. We let them do the cooking on those days. We can't wait to come back."
