  • Very nice villa

"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa in Amelia Island. The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 6. The master bedroom and bath were especially nice on the first floor. The pool was located right across from the villa which was super convenient. The beach was a short drive (less than 5 minutes) or there is a walking/bike path also."

  • Lovely place!

"The location is perfect. This unit is a quick walk to the beach but set back from the busy street. We walked to dinner at two different restaurants but there are a few more within walking distance. The complex is small and quiet with a lovely pool area. We had all of the comforts of home and especially enjoyed sitting out on the huge screened in porch sipping on beachy drinks! Bob was helpful and easy to work with! My first visit was a girls getaway but I look forward to going back with my husband and family! Amelia island is a gem!"

  • Wonderful place to stay!

"Our family of five just returned from a two week stay at this lovely, comfortable townhouse. Gary and Tomi are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The unit is VERY well stocked. We eat in more than we go out and this kitchen was one of the best stocked with equipment and supplies that we have every stayed in. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other gear saved lots of room in our vehicle and was nice to know we didn't have to pack them. The public beach is very close and has restrooms and shower to rinse off. The pool facility was beautiful with plenty of chairs and shade when you needed to get away from the sun. The island is easy to get around on and would recommend exploring. We visited the state park where Fort Cinch is located, shopped in historic downtown Ferdanina and went kayaking to Cumberland Island. We would recommend to others. Thanks Gary and Tomi for letting us enjoy your unit!"

  • Breathtaking home! Beachfront delight. Perfect location.

"We stayed here in August 2016 with our two children (5 years old and 10 months old) for our first visit to Ameila island. The house is breathtaking. Directly on the beach, with windows all around and a master bedroom which seems to float over the sand dunes. Perfect location to explore Fort Clinch (less than 1 mile jog to park entrance), downtown Fernandina Beach, or just step outside and enjoy the ocean. The owner has truly thought of everything. Full kitchen with everything organized, high quality towels and sheets, beach equipment, a nice outdoor shower, and of course the interior design (you can see on the listing) is amazing. Owner was available instantly by phone to handle check in, answer questions about the area, and even helped coordinate delivery of some baby supplies (crib, beach stroller) before our arrival. Highly recommend this unique property. Not to be missed! PS: If traveling with kids, we used baby's away and rented a full size crib, beach stroller and high chair. Delivered to the house in good condition and saved us having to travel with these items."
