  • A little piece of paradise

"We had such a fantastic time at the little yellow cottage. The location was the perfect combination of private and convenient. We loved walking to the beach and Fort Clinch State Park. It was a short drive to downtown and then grocery store. It took no time to feel at home in the house. The fenced yard was a wonderful asset for us and our three dogs. We fell in love with Amelia Island and there is so much more we want to see. I'm sure we'll be back."

  • Spring Break Vacation

"The complex is beautiful with abundant trees and flowers. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a carefree stay. The beds were very comfortable and mornings were spent waking up on the large screened in porch that overlooks a pond and undeveloped nature area. The pool and tennis court are just a short walk from this unit. I really enjoyed the charcoal grill located near the unit as it was very convenient. The 5 minute walk to the beach is accomplished on a shaded private trail, and it passes by a Dairy Queen if you need to satisfy a craving for ice cream. Centrally located to many restaurants and a Publix grocery store is literally right down the street. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to a requested extension of our rental period. Overall a great unit and location!!"

  • Southern hospitality, beautiful villa, & a must stay!

"This villa offers everything you need & is furnished beautifully. We rented a golf cart from Amelia's Wheels at the Plantation & were at the beach in five min. Drummond Park was a short walk & the sunsets were amazing. The neighborhood is safe & our 15 and 17 year old daughters were able to go for morning runs. Just a short 15 min drive to the harbor in Fernandina to shop, eat, & take an excursion. We chartered a fishing boat & caught Red Fish & Black Drum. This was the highlight of our trip. The Salty Pelican, Timoti's, & Ciao were our favorite restaurants. The Fudge factory is a must for ice cream & fudge!! When we return to Amelia Island this is where we will stay. Louise was easy to work with, very polite, supplied excellent arrival information, and made our stay out of this world!"

  • All that and more!

"ABS is our favorite place already, and my experience with VRBO, the owner, and the beautiful condo all far exceeded any expectation. The reservation process was easy, the owner was reachable, and the condo gave the feel of a tropical bungalow. We were more than comfortable and the accommodations met the needs of our group ages 76 to 13 months. I will definitely check this one first on our next trip!"
