  • Better than Ever

"This is our second time staying at this condo and it won't be our last. It was even better than the first time. Everything you need is provided, you just need to bring your clothes and food. The beach is very private and just a walk across the street, you really couldn't be any closer. The pool is very large and private as well. This condo could not have been any cleaner. I can't say enough about how great our stay was, absolutely no complaints and the owner is such a nice person, very easy to book. We will be back soon I hope. Thanks again !!!!"

  • Beautiful!

"You cannot beat the view! We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive to our questions and took care of the little things that needed to be addressed. The living area was much larger than the pictures depict, which was a pleasant surprise. My three kids slept on the two full sized futons and the twin sized roll away bed in the living area. My husband and I were very happy with the large bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bathroom has been nicely upgraded although there is no outlet. But it wasn't a huge deal and I could do my hair in the bedroom with the large mirror over the dresser. The upstairs bed/bath/kitchenette worked well for my parents and provided just the right amount of privacy for each of our families. It resembled a hotel room with it's own key access. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys and bugie boards for the kids. Overall, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel kind of thing, this may not suit your tastes. It was more like visiting your grandparents house. Some things were a little well loved but working fine. The last piece of advice is to bring/purchase toilet paper and trash bags. We were not left any extra, just what was already lining the trash can or already on the roll."

  • Wonderful experience at a great location!

"Strongly recommend staying here! We stayed over Labor Day Weekend 2016, and had 3 families with young children (ages 12-1). Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Terry Clark was great to work with - even responding to a couple requests during our stay with timely and effective service. Much better than dealing with an impersonal beach rental management company. The condo itself was great and exceeded our expectations. Everything you could want in a beach vacation was available either in the condo or in the garage storage area - the only things we brought were consumables (food, drinks, etc.) and our clothes. We spent mornings and early afternoon at the beach and had it mostly to ourselves. The beach is accessible and fun for all ages - the young kids played in the sand and the surf, and the older kids and adults went a little deeper for boogie boarding. Flagler Beach's central "downtown" is ~2.5 miles to the south - an easy drive along A1A, or you can ride bikes on the beach (provided with the beach toys and chairs in the garage storage). If the weather turns or you get tired of the beach, the movie room is a comfortable retreat; you can play a game (many are available) in the spacious family room or on the balcony; or you can watch football in the bar off the family room. I can't say enough about this place - we have done a few beach vacations, and this experience was by far our favorite."

  • Phenomenal Condo

"We are still talking about the condo, complex and view from the balcony. My family and I booked this condo for the week after Christmas till the New Year. We typically stay on the West Coast of Florida but Flagler Beach did not disappoint. It's a quaint town with a handful of restaurants/pubs. Peaceful and quiet for the most part and family friendly. It's a 45 min drive to St. Augustine and definitely worth the day trip. As for the condo, Terry has done an amazing job of thinking of every last detail and it has top of the line features. The heated pool and small complex is perfect too. The private access beach is across the street but tremendous view from the third floor balcony of the condo. Terry is very responsive if you should need anything too. Now we just have to find more dates on our calendar to go stay there again--hopefully soon."
