  • Wonderful stay

"This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and is located about 10-15 minutes to historic St. Augustine(an easy and scenic drive). The owners were prompt in responding to requests, provided a comfortable and very clean condo, and were generous in allowing us to use so much of their supplies. We appreciated the use of the garage for our bikes. This was a perfect place for us and a nice alternative to staying in a hotel. Thank you Jules. Erik"

  • Great property

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

  • 4th of July/birthday vacation

"Condo is clean ,very pet friendly. Only problem we had is we thought it was closer to downtown St Augustine than it was. Had to take a UBER. Beautiful view and beach. Irish pub was really nice across street. Pizza shop across street was terrible. Grille on beach was very slow for service but food Ok. Enjoyed our trip very much!"

  • Fantastic owner, property and location!

"Book this property with confidence. The owner made sure all our questions were answered and really made us feel at home. You can sit on the ground level back porch and have an unobstructed view and sounds of the ocean. A short walk within the complex and you are at the private pool and boardwalk that takes you right to the beach edge. There are very convenient outdoor showers and a hose to clean off as you return. We stayed there only three nights before hurricane Matthew forced us to leave early but those days were great. 10 miles north on A1A and you cross a bridge into the heart of St. Augustine and all it's history, dining and shopping options. However, there are plenty of dining options and grocery stores very close to the property so you don't have to get thick with the tourists for the basics. Would love to go back... Sigh."
