    "The condo was well equipped. It had plenty of kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable beds. Close proximity to grill and pool. One thing prospective renters should be aware of is that there is only a partal view of the ocean. The pool house is directly in front of the patio and blocks the view of the ocean. Price should reflect the obstructed view. Owners were easy to work with and responded promptly when we had a question."

  • A very relaxing stay

    "We stayed at the condo for eight days late December. The view was beautiful and the location was spectacular!. The condo was just perfect to accommodate 4 adults and well maintained. The owners are really kind, and always available by phone. Try the JT's Sea Food Shack, Lisbon at Night Restaurant & Cafe (European village) and Viola's pizza."

  • Palm coast Chtristmas vacation

    "The unit was in good condition and clean. The beds were comfortable and wifi worked great. The view from the balcony was of a brown golf course which was closed. The ocean view was great. This unit doesn't get any sun and there was a moisture coating on table, floor and chairs so you couldn't eat outside and enjoy the views. It would be great in other seasons as it would be cooler. We got some laundry soap from our daughter, but would of been nice if some was supplied with unit. The unit we rented last year in bldg 1200 had no ocean view, only the pond, however we were able to eat lunch and dinner outside as it had the sun during the day. All in all the unit was great for the money we paid and plan to rent it again."

  • Closer to Good than Very Good--Stayed June 2016

    "Pros: Close beach access "quiet pool" was nice though a 200 yard walk (wear flip-flops; pavement gets very hot) Spacious layout (pics don't do it justice) Publix right outside neighborhood Cons: Little to no shelling; very narrow beach (room for one row of umbrellas but we always found a good spot) Broken heavy-weight chair left in corner of patio (not replaced) Carpet needs replacing Bring can opener and cork screw"
