  • Great Home for Family Vacation

"We spent the week of Christmas through New Years at this great home. We had 6 adults, one dog and a visit from Grandma for a couple of nights. All of us were comfortable in the beds. Careful with adults in the bunk beds though. The wood slats slipped in the bunk bed and Grandma came crashing to the floor. (no injuries though) . We are big "foodies" and the kitchen had most of what we needed to cook special meals for the week. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch with great through breezes through the house. The beach is very conveniently located with a short "sandy" walk" Plenty of lounge chairs are in the storage shed to carry to the beach. (felt like the beach was our own private beach). Nice new addition of an in- ground pool. Too cold to enjoy but will be a great addition for those visiting during the warm season. Perfect home for families with pets. Never had to worry about our dog in the fenced back yard. Enjoyed our stay--house was well equipped and had all the comforts of home! It was a great family Christmas holiday. (Even got a free tree at Home Depot when we arrived on Christmas eve and made homemade decorations.) We drove to Christmas Eve Mass just a short 20 min. drive over the bridge. (Note- most big restaurants/stores are across the bridge into Palm Coast-you must pay a toll to return back over the bridge back to home) . A smaller Publix is just a few miles away--we used this store often! We all enjoyed this special change of pace holiday at the beach."

  • Pleanty of Room

"My family (5 adults) spent a week at Cinnamon Beach again this year. 3 beds and baths meant we all had private space. Condo is nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. There is nice parking under the building. Easy walk to both pools and beach. Living Room furniture will need to be replaced soon, springs are almost gone. A 2nd lounge chair or extra foot stool on porch would be nice. Overall, great experience!"

  • Had a great stay at the Cinnamon Girl Condo, a beautiful, clean, comfortable unit.

"Loved the area, the heated pools and hot tubs were great. Loved the beach and the use of the beach chairs, wagon, cooler and bogie boards was great. Lots to see and do around the area, Marineland, Alligator Farm and Bings Landing were all great. Also golfed, lots of nearby courses, especially liked Pine Lakes, nice course and great staff. The condo was very clean, the deck was a great place to have morning coffee or a evening glass of wine. Our 7 year old grandson loved the bunk bed and TV in his room. Thanks Jeff for making everything so easy and enjoyable! Would recommend this place for everyone!!"

  • Thoroughly Enjoyed our Florida Vacation!

"The house was very clean and well furnished. There was lots of room for all of us to have their own space. The pool and game room were used a bunch too. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were also friendly. The house was close to the beach which was only a very short drive. We did not have to drive far at all for groceries, shopping or restaurants. We also did some site seeing in Daytona, Port Orange and St. Augustine which were all no far away at all. The owners were very helpful and attentive. Our family would definitely stay at this house again."
