  • Unit is beautiful but Roof Construction is very noisy now

"We just left this unit and it's very nice but the complex is undergoing reroofing so they dont tell you about all of the noises that go with this. also they closed the kidde water park which is why we booked this place. Also the restuarants nby the pools are closed now too. Since the reroofing is underway the closest beach access is closed. so its a few blocks to walk to the next access. The unit does have Ocean views but's it's a least 2 blocks away and it mainly sits on a golf course. the unit is VERY nice but I would not book until April or May when the construction is finished."

  • Outstanding rental property in Palm Coast, FL

"This home was very well maintained and one of the nicest homes I have ever rented! The home is located not far from I 95 so its easy access and it is about a 20 minute drive to Daytona or St. Augustine. The neighborhood was extremely nice and quiet. The home was built so well and insulated, inside the home you do not hear anything going on outside. A very nice home to rent for any occasion! If I decide to go back to the area again anytime soon, I will definitely be reaching out to Dawn for a time to rent. It's hard to believe a home that nice is rented for such a reasonable price. Thank you Dawn for helping us find a place a stay during this year's bike festival."

  • Excellent! Condo is immaculate, nicely furnished and views are amazing!

"The condo was exceptional. We have stayed at many VRBO properties for are summer vacations with our family and this condo ranked right up at the top for cleanness, beautifully decorated, and the property management team were available immediately for any issue we may have had. For example: The knifes in the kitchen needed sharpened, we texted them and within an hour we had a new set of knifes delivered to the condo. Lots of sheets and towels were available. The beach is a short walk out your door and never crowded. There is a community pool available on the days you would prefer swimming, and for your convenience they offer food and beverage service. We will definitely be back!! M. Hurst"

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."
