  • Nice property. Centrally located between St A and Daytona enabled us to do lots of different things

"Wonderful- weather was glorious. Enjoyed the house very well stocked. View was terrific- too bad that hurricane Matthew damaged the golf course causing it to close for repairS. Was able to have family visit from CT and VT. Dog had a blast in the ocean- barking at waves and being rolled by the tide. Only shortcoming was the lack of a barbecue capability. Got to the Rolex 24 and fished the intercoastal - great fun."

  • Worth The View!

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was easy even when we added an extra day. The condo is exactly as described and the view was stunning. This is a very pet friendly community. The community amenities are wonderful. I will say this about the condition of the condo.. it's clean as long as you don't look closely. We purchased glass cleaner and cleaned the sliding glass doors. What good is that great view if you can't see it? Also behind and under all the furniture there is dust and dead bugs. We live in Florida so we know to bring bug spray with us so needless to say we sprayed for ants and palmetto bugs that we found in the kitchen, this should be professionally done on a monthly basis. For such a luxury condo I would have expected it to be spotless. Lots of stains from prior guest on the carpets and you can expect a lot of wear and tear on the kitchen appliances. Don't try to cook a lasagna in the oven because the door doesn't seal. The handle on the fridge is really loose as well. We didn't bother to call management on these issues because we didn't want cleaners or maintenance staff bothers us while we're on vacation. So when we needed toilet paper we went to Publix. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect if you're traveling with another couple. We had no issues connecting to the WIFI and every TV has cable including 2 DVR boxes (I cleared the 52 programs that were recorded on the living room box so we could record something while we were out) We never did figure out how to get the surround sound going. We visited many attractions in St Augustine, enjoyed the beach, golfed at 3 different courses and had a great meal at JT's Crab Shack!"

  • Very comfortable, nice neighborhood, close to beach.

"We had a very relaxing time here, the house was great! Very well stocked, plenty of seating in the living room, plenty of sleeping room. The house is a 10 minute walk from the beach and right next to a great walking/biking trail on the A1A. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The weather was wonderful! Our only regrets were the cable service (very few channels) and the lack of a barbecue grill in the backyard. That being said, we would definitely visit again if we could!"
