  • Great Condo

"The beach condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had a magnificent view of the golf course and ocean. I would recommend this condo and we hope to return next year in February. It was very entertaining to watch the golfers play the long par 3 on the ocean course."

  • Best Family Vacation

"We came with our 6 kids and significant others. Everyone had a terrific time. Kids ages ranged from 17 to 29. They all loved the large game room and rooftop was phenomenal. The house is updated, clean, huge and has everything you could need down to beach/pool toys, coolers, Plenty of dishes, silverware and appliances. It even had 2 crockpots for dinner one night. Local beach access via short walk and beautiful beaches north or south within 2 miles. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Hated to leave."

  • So impressed!

"We loved so many things about this condo! The oversized porch (with seating for 10!) that looked directly out onto the ocean was our favorite hangout spot! All of the beds were super comfy with really nice linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. Loved that there was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. It was so nice to have a full bath for every bedroom. The living room was really comfy for a great family movie night and the WiFi was wonderful for Netflix movies. The beaches and pools were wonderful. The building is right next to the boardwalk over to the beach and beach towels are supplied in the condo. Additionally we had a couple of questions about the condo during our stay, and Judy was very quick to respond to my emails with the info we needed! It was so nice to deal directly with the owner rather than a rental company that adds all kinds of crazy fees to the total cost of rental. Places to eat: Osteens in St Augustine for delicious butterfly shrimp, Conch House for Tiki Hut seating on the intercoastal and great crab legs, JTs Seafood Shack for great seafood and homemade sauces, the Metro Diner for the 12 inch pancakes!, and Coco Mango for froyo!!! Go to Marineland! It is well worth it to do the Touch and Feed with the Dolphins and the behind the scenes tour that takes you thru the history and dolphin conservation!"

  • Very nice Coastal Home

"Palm Coast and the Cinnamon Beach Resort are a very cozy and relaxing location. We love this quiet and uncrowded beach location. This house, with upstairs and downstairs suites is very well suited for family/friend privacy. You dont have to be on top of each other on one floor. We had a group of 2 and one of 3 and it was perfect. Very clean, nicely and practically furnished. Not over furnished and not over packed with decorating objects. Very comfortable! Not giving 5 stars because the vacation management company needs to tighten up on procedures. Had to prove to the very nice and helpful security guard at the gate we were renting because the company had not notified the gate. They sent no less than 9 e-mails with 1 document of 28 pages to be signed and 1 of 17 pages for a weekend rental. Also never updated my home away account showing payments were overdue after had been paid causing confusion. Had to call them for clarification on all of the required forms. Obviously a professional group but way too bureaucratic."
