  • The Best Beach Stay!

"My fiancee, children and I had a fabulous stay in your condo. The condo was clean with updated kitchen appliances and had just about everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner a few times on the large balcony. There is a fantastic view of sunrise and dolphins swimming early morning:-); just a short, less than 15 minute walk across the street(although, I would suggest you drive to the boat club), you can catch the most beautiful sunsets....and see more dolphins! We were able to enjoy long beach walks early morning and early afternoon before high tide, and it was very easy to navigate down the coquina rocks. Beach chairs, umbrella, some toys, and plenty of beach towels are there, so no need to bring your own. The owner, Marie, is really kind and always available by phone if you need to reach her. I can say so much more, but I don't want to turn this into a dissertation:-) oh yeah, having no Wi-fi in the unit was not a problem for us, because it gave us more family time and less time on electronics, but if you need to do work you can go to the lobby. This was the perfect beach location for my family, because we were far enough away from congested, touristic areas, yet close to many places to eat and fun activities for the children. We would definitely visit again!"

  • Great property

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

  • Perfect Place to Relax

"We were introduced to this area many years ago while staying at a nearby resort. What I liked most about Flagler County was how quiet and unspoiled the parks and beaches were. You have access to miles of uncrowded beaches and the intercoastal. Orlando, Jax, and St Augustine are not far away if you're looking for more attractions. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. A fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook, TVs and internet access. The house is clean. If you don't want to make a short walk to the beach, there are plenty of decks to get sun. For those who can't be out in the sun 24/7, its important to have a nice house to stay in, and this meets all your needs. This is not a place to party - it's a place to relax and forget about where you came from for a while. If peace and quiet is what you're looking for, this is your place."

  • Very Nice Condo and Resort

"We stayed here the first week in July. It was me and my wife, son/daughter in-law and 4 grandkids. Condo is just as described and as shown in its marketing pictures. It is large (3BDR) and the third bedroom is off by itself, so it provided lots of privacy and quiet. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, really it was awesome. The resort of Ocean Hammock is very nice, secluded and well maintained. Two pools, one by the ocean and one by the lake. The lake pool was the kids pool with a small splash areas, that they loved. Both pools offer bar and food service. The management company, VRBO was very easy to deal with. Our only two minor complaints were: 1. You could not take any drinks or food to the pool, you would be hassled by the staff. 2. There are no BBQ grills anywhere on the property. We would stay here again."
