  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."

  • Beach view and top floor perfect

"Cinnamon Beach unit 665 has been our best experience yet at Palm Coast. This unit is beach front with a walk over path right next to the building. It is a perfect unit for having a family/friend vacation. We loved that all three bedrooms each had a bathroom. Our condo was amazing and we loved the area. The walk to the pool was a lot with small kids and they do not allow you to take food or drink into the pool. They have an over priced lounge with food and drink delivered pool side."

  • Great beach area and condo prefect!

"Molly and Brad were responsive to questions and their place was awesome!! It is plenty big enough for a family of 6. The Ocean view and golf course view is breathtaking. The condo had everything you need to vacation. Just bring your clothes and food! Bring beach chairs and a tent for comfort on Cinnamon Beach. Publix is close by and if you spirits, there's an ABC next to Publix! We took a stroll to European Village during the day. I would suggest going there after 4:00 when most places are open. As far as Hammock Ocean the pool area was not impressive. They didn't have the tiki beach bar atmosphere if that's what you are looking for in a place. And from the condo it's a pretty good walk for older people. But if beach is mostly your thing, Brad and Molly's place is perfect. The beach walkway is next to their condo. We literally loaded our beach stuff for the day and basked in the sun and ocean breeze. If you want to leave your stuff, chairs and tent to go up to the condo, it's safe to do so. We didn't even leave the place to eat as we had everything we needed in the condo. I would liked to have checked in earlier and had a late checkout. However, we didn't ask Brad or Molly, so that might be available. They seemed to really wasn't to make your vacation great at their place. We might enjoy going back in the fall sometime and stay at their condo. I hope this helps you when considering a vacation on the beach! The only reason I have the 4 star was because of Hammock Ocean facilities. Brad and Molly's place is 5 star!! The Murdocks July 23-July 30, 2016"

  • Family Vacation

"It was a beautiful house but definitely not for older people, it has a lot of stairs. The house was clean but they need to wash the comforters on all the beds there was a few on them very nasty. There was some rats that was eating our food. when we arrived there was some signs of a rat being on the bed downstairs. Had to clean the water reservoir on the Keurig it had not been cleaned. We had a hard time getting the spa to come on. We tried to use it everyday but only got it to come on 3 days. The house is across the street from the beach but you still have a very nice view. It's very hard to to get to the beach from the house. I Wouldn't rent it again because it was to hard to get down to the beach the signs of rats on the bed and the comforters was nasty."
