  • Great Family Vacation!

"This condo had everything that we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with view of the ocean and the golf course. We brought the grandchildren and they loved it. The beach was beautiful as well. We can't wait to come back!"

  • Highly Reccomended

"Walk in to a Very spacious top Floor End Unit.We had plenty of room for 7.The Screened in patio had a nice breeze to relax each evening. The condo was a 10 for cleanliness..Plenty of cooking supplies..Just bring your own spices etc. Large master bedroom and bath..Quiet area. The Grounds are Very Nice, right on the Intracoastal..We drove 5 minutes to the beach on..Jungle Hut Road.Walked around European Market and had dinner..Publix is a short drive..The Garage was great for our car..Its not oceanfront but so close you wont mind. One thing..The key Pod for the pool should be in a Labeled container .We didnt know where it was..Had to call and ask..Also Some paper and Writing pens would be nice.."

  • Great property

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

  • This house was fantastic

"We have rented several houses before and we all agreed that this is the best one so far. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool area was fantastic, we enjoyed watching the fish jump in the pond and the golfers. There was a great view from the top and we enjoyed many sunrises all week. The only complaint we had was the frying pans were old and there was no griddle for pancakes or French toast. The kitchen was great we really enjoyed the stove with 6 burners and 2 ovens. I am sure we will return to this house."
