  • Perfect location

"We stayed here over July 4th - 3 couples. The house is nicely laid out, with lots of space to relax and a good sized kitchen. They have chairs and umbrella's to borrow for the beach. Only downside of the layout is one couple got single beds. Location is perfect - 5 ish mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Publix for supplies and two bars / restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We loved Hammocks Wine Bar. JT's was awful, but then maybe it just isn't our thing. And the beach was great - not crowded, water was perfect. Ideal for kids as very shallow. Driving wise Plam Coast is 10 mins, Flagler 15 and St. Augustine 25. An Uber XL to St.A is $60, $40 back if you are making a night of it."

  • Family Vacation

"It was a beautiful house but definitely not for older people, it has a lot of stairs. The house was clean but they need to wash the comforters on all the beds there was a few on them very nasty. There was some rats that was eating our food. when we arrived there was some signs of a rat being on the bed downstairs. Had to clean the water reservoir on the Keurig it had not been cleaned. We had a hard time getting the spa to come on. We tried to use it everyday but only got it to come on 3 days. The house is across the street from the beach but you still have a very nice view. It's very hard to to get to the beach from the house. I Wouldn't rent it again because it was to hard to get down to the beach the signs of rats on the bed and the comforters was nasty."

  • Great property

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

  • Perfection in Cinnamon Beach

"This was an amazing place in a beautiful and quite neighborhood! Clean, comfortable accommodations with nice sunset views from the balcony, and we felt completely secure inside the private gated community. Only a short drive to everything, and short walk to the pool or beach. We loved how pet friendly the area was and the pool on the beach side was so relaxing and peaceful! We really enjoyed JT's Seafood Shake and The Atlantic Grill which were both within a 5min drive from the condo, and we also made the short drive (30mins) to St Augustine a couple of days to take in the sights and dining experiences as well! It was the off season so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, only thing we hated was leaving.... Thanks so much for a great experience, Gina & Scott"
