  • Beautifully well kept home!

"I reserved this home for a few nights stay in early September for my boyfriend, me and a few of our close friends. We arrived late at night after a complete day of exploring Universal Studios. Naturally, we were exhausted and I was so happy to find that the outdoor lights were on for us. The house was so much bigger than I expected - the ceilings were so tall, I felt like the house had been built for giants. (I'm only average height.) I loved the large windows on the third floor. So much light! We had absolutely no issues during our relaxing stay. All we really used from the house were towels, kitchenware for cooking and eating and of course, the large comfortable beds. And we definitely took advantage of the outdoor grill. You can hear the surf from either balcony. The third floor and its balcony was where we spent most of our time listening to our music on the surround sound (connected via our own USB phone charger). The electronics were simple to set up for our needs. The elevator is small and can hold about three-four adults, but it's incredibly convenient when you have groceries, like we did. The beach can be accessed via any of the non-private walkways, especially the one behind the community beach pool when it is open. We went during a very, very quiet time in the season so there was almost no one at the community center and the beach! Overall, we were very impressed with how clean and well kept the house was. My friends could not stop thanking me for finding such a great place! I did most of the planning, and because Bob responded quickly to any questions I had, I felt comfortable reserving with him. This was our first stay at a vacation home - and a beach one at that - and it went so smoothly that we definitely can't wait to come back! Thank you!"

  • Fabulous

"My family and I had a great time staying at Cinnabon beach!! We would recommend it and go again! The condo had a lot of space with everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and beach right near us."

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."
