  • Stunning and Comfortable!

"This was our first experience with VRBO and let me tell is not the last. The stress of moving your child from home to college (in our case, NY to FL) is an emotional roller coaster, but checking into 952 Cinnamon Beach made it a smooth transition for our family. All the comforts of home are provided (sheets, towels, TV, WiFi, stereo, full kitchen...) I could go on and on. The photos provided are on point and the condo was immaculate upon check-in. Spacious living room area and dining area enabled us to entertain up to 8 family members that live nearby and create unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Cinnamon Beach for your next home, away from home, vacation. The Goldberg's!"

  • Beautiful house!

"This is a gorgeous house! Very well shocked, especially the kitchen. We stayed Thanksgiving week. The only issues we had was the A/C was preset to 78 degrees, way too warm for us. It would allow u to turn it down but eventually it returned to 78. It got old int the middle of the night waking up in a pool of sweat. We had issues with the hot tub heating up. It was suppose to reach 102 degrees. The highest it ever reached was 100 the first 2 days. After that it kept getting lower and lower and the last day was in the 80's. Called for maintenance and they came out but it didn't get fixed by the time our trip was over. That was a bummer for us because the hot tub was one of the main reasons we rented this house. Overall I would stay here again. Beautiful house in a beautiful location!"

  • Perfect location

"We stayed here over July 4th - 3 couples. The house is nicely laid out, with lots of space to relax and a good sized kitchen. They have chairs and umbrella's to borrow for the beach. Only downside of the layout is one couple got single beds. Location is perfect - 5 ish mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Publix for supplies and two bars / restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We loved Hammocks Wine Bar. JT's was awful, but then maybe it just isn't our thing. And the beach was great - not crowded, water was perfect. Ideal for kids as very shallow. Driving wise Plam Coast is 10 mins, Flagler 15 and St. Augustine 25. An Uber XL to St.A is $60, $40 back if you are making a night of it."

  • Great views

"Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality."
