  • Great property

"Me and my family spent the last 4 days at this property and it's been fantastic. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was about a 5 minute walk to Butler Beach, which is a fantastic beach. There was no seaweed and the sand was soft and white. The beds are super comfortable and so was the big couch in the living room. There were only a few things I didn't like about the property: there is very limited driveway space and you have to drive over grass to get to the actual driveway pad. The second is that the A1A is actually a pretty busy road. It was hard to cross the street to go to Redfrog and McToads (a great restaurant by the way) because there was so much traffic. Finally, the house was not stocked with very much. You get silverware, plates, bowls and a few pots and pans. We had to go buy simple things like a wine bottle opener and toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed the property."

  • Would stay here again

"House was very clean. Looked just like the pictures on the website. Plenty of kitchen items, towels and bedding. Floor plan is well laid out to accommodate the needs of two families - allowing privacy as well as plenty of room in the common areas. Proximity to the beach made it easy to run back to the house if needed. Would definitely stay in this house again."

  • Spacious, clean & relaxing

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very spacious and clean. I love cooking and it had every cooking utensil I needed for my recipes. The beach was just a quick stroll away and very beautiful and private. The pool was a quick walk and we loved the fact that you could order a drink and have it served poolside. The kids pool area was amazing as it will keep them entertained for hours on end. The grounds were neatly manicured and the people were extremely friendly. We loved our stay and got caught up on some much needed R&R. Thank you for opening up your home to us."

  • Wonderful

"My college friends and I had a reunion and only stayed for 2 nights. The house was beautifully maintained and well stocked. The pool and beach are very close and there were enough towels and linen for everyone. All the bathrooms have bar soap (no shampoo). Hand soap was also available as well as dish washing soap and a dish rag. The HOA is rather strict so max overnight guests are 12, we went to the lap pool by the beach and it was a "quiet" pool with it's own set of rules as well. Steve was wonderful to work with. Our friends had a wonderful trip of catching up. We didn't check out any of the restaurants near by, but there is a Publix not far that we went to a few times to pick up ingredients. Thank you very much for a memorable trip."
