  • Highly Reccomended

"Walk in to a Very spacious top Floor End Unit.We had plenty of room for 7.The Screened in patio had a nice breeze to relax each evening. The condo was a 10 for cleanliness..Plenty of cooking supplies..Just bring your own spices etc. Large master bedroom and bath..Quiet area. The Grounds are Very Nice, right on the Intracoastal..We drove 5 minutes to the beach on..Jungle Hut Road.Walked around European Market and had dinner..Publix is a short drive..The Garage was great for our car..Its not oceanfront but so close you wont mind. One thing..The key Pod for the pool should be in a Labeled container .We didnt know where it was..Had to call and ask..Also Some paper and Writing pens would be nice.."

  • The Best Beach Stay!

"My fiancee, children and I had a fabulous stay in your condo. The condo was clean with updated kitchen appliances and had just about everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner a few times on the large balcony. There is a fantastic view of sunrise and dolphins swimming early morning:-); just a short, less than 15 minute walk across the street(although, I would suggest you drive to the boat club), you can catch the most beautiful sunsets....and see more dolphins! We were able to enjoy long beach walks early morning and early afternoon before high tide, and it was very easy to navigate down the coquina rocks. Beach chairs, umbrella, some toys, and plenty of beach towels are there, so no need to bring your own. The owner, Marie, is really kind and always available by phone if you need to reach her. I can say so much more, but I don't want to turn this into a dissertation:-) oh yeah, having no Wi-fi in the unit was not a problem for us, because it gave us more family time and less time on electronics, but if you need to do work you can go to the lobby. This was the perfect beach location for my family, because we were far enough away from congested, touristic areas, yet close to many places to eat and fun activities for the children. We would definitely visit again!"

  • Pleanty of Room

"My family (5 adults) spent a week at Cinnamon Beach again this year. 3 beds and baths meant we all had private space. Condo is nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. There is nice parking under the building. Easy walk to both pools and beach. Living Room furniture will need to be replaced soon, springs are almost gone. A 2nd lounge chair or extra foot stool on porch would be nice. Overall, great experience!"

  • Perfect beach front home. Parking was easy and the house was spacious and comfortable.

"The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It was spacious and literally on the edge of the ocean. Each bedroom had its own bath, the deck across the back of the house was perfect for watching the sun rise and relaxing, the front of the house had a courtyard that was very roomy. There was an abundance of parking that made for easy loading and unloading. The house was convenient to Publix and downtown St. Augustine. Lovely home and a great place to stay!"
